Waiting Time Amount. Fifteen percent (15%) of the Net Settlement Amount shall be designated as the “Waiting Time Amount.” Each participating Settlement Class Member who separated their employment with Defendant between December 30, 2016 and June 30, 2021 shall receive an equal, pro-rata share of the Waiting Time Amount.

Waiting Time Amount. 5% of the Net Settlement Amount shall be designated as the “Waiting Time Amount.” The Waiting Time Amount shall be distributed in equal, pro-rata shares to each participating Settlement Class member who separated their employment from Defendant at any time from September 1, 2017 through the end of the Class Period.
Waiting Time Amount. Ten Percent (10%) of the Net Settlement Amount, not including the PAGA Amount payable to Settlement Class members as described in Paragraph 3.C(5) above, shall be designated as the “Waiting Time Amount.” The Waiting Time Amount shall be distributed in equal shares to each Participating Settlement Class member who was separated from employment with ICS at any time from October 9, 2015 through the date of preliminary approval.

In other words, the Waiting Time Amount will be divided equally among all participating Settlement Class members whose employment with VOX terminated during the Waiting Time Period.

  • WAITING TIME Those employees working on a project who are entitled to receive subsistence allowance shall be paid a lump sum as waiting time based on the applicable straight time rate provided for in the Schedules attached hereto as follows:

  • Starting Time is the time that employees present themselves at their work- station and not the time that employees are in the amenities or in the car park.

  • Voting Time Off If an employee's work schedule is such that it does not allow sufficient time to vote in any federal, state, or local election in which the employee is entitled to vote, the Employer shall arrange to allow sufficient time off for such voting by the employee without loss of pay.

  • Prime Time Vacation Period Subject to the provisions of this article, it is the intent of the parties that no employee will be restricted in the time of year they choose to take their vacation. The Employer will make every effort to allow employees to take their vacation during the period of April 15th to October 15th inclusive, which will be defined as the prime time vacation period.

  • Rain at Starting Time Where the employees are in the sheds, because they have been rained off, or at starting time, morning tea, or lunchtime, and it is raining, they shall not be required to go to work in a dry area or to be transferred to another site unless: ⮚ The rain stops; or ⮚ A covered walkway has been provided; or ⮚ The sheds are under cover and the employees can get to the dry area without going through the rain; or ⮚ Adequate protection is provided. Protection shall, where necessary, be provided for the employees’ tools.

  • REPORTING TIME 12.01 Any xxxxxx after being hired and/or reporting for work at the regular starting time and for whom no work is provided or due to climatic conditions, shall receive pay for two (2) hours at the applicable rate of wages, unless he has been notified not to report. The foregoing provisions shall apply to Saturday, Sunday, holidays and shift work at the applicable rate of pay. Employees who commence work shall receive the greater of reporting time or actual time worked.
