Common use of Waiting Periods Clause in Contracts

Waiting Periods. All the Waiting Periods shall be applicable individually for each Insured Person and claims shall be assessed accordingly. On Renewal, if an enhanced Sum Insured is applied, the Waiting Periods would apply afresh to the extent of the increase in Sum Insured only.
