Common use of Waiting Periods Clause in Contracts

Waiting Periods. The waiting period under the HSR Act applicable to the Transactions shall have expired or been terminated. The required approval under any other applicable Antitrust Laws set forth on Section 9.1(f) of the Sellers Disclosure Schedule shall have been obtained or any applicable waiting period thereunder shall have been terminated or shall have expired.
