WAGES AND RATES OF PAY. The salary scale found in Appendix A of the agreement shall not apply to Research Assistants. These employees shall be paid in accordance with the funding allocated for salary purposes for each research project, however, the minimum wage of Research Assistants shall not be below the grade two (2) minimum of Appendix A of the Collective Agreement.
