Wages and Fringe Benefit Contributions. 1. The schedule of rates per hour shall be as follows: EFFECTIVE FIRST FULL PAYROLL PERIOD COMMENCING ON OR AFTER JUNE 1, 2009 THROUGH MAY 31, 2010 CONSTRUCTION LABORER, DEMOLITION LABORER, XXXXX TENDER, XXXXXXXXX TENDER, DRYWALL HANDLER, CONCRETE LABORER, CONCRETE CHUTE AND CONCRETE BUCKET HANDLER, AND CEMENT FINISHER TENDER *Base Wage $23.09 *Vacation & Holiday 2.45 Insurance 5.95 Pension 6.85 Training .37 LECET .05 $38.76 IAP .15 *Subject to Federal Withholding & FICA 2nd Shift: $.30 per hour additional premium. 3rd Shift: $.60 per hour additional premium. Wages and Fringe Benefit Contributions. The gross wage shown in these schedules includes required payments for Wages, Insurance, Pension and Dues Assessment contributions. Failure to pay the Base Wage and the funded fringe benefit contributions when due is payment of less than the Gross Wage and shall constitute a status of delinquency and a violation of this Agreement.   • WAGES AND FRINGE BENEFITS ‌ The minimum hourly rate of Wages and Benefits shall be as per Attachment “A”. Wages at the established rates specified herein shall be paid weekly in the shop or on the job at or before quitting time on any day, Monday through Friday, of each week, and no more than five (5) calendar days pay will be withheld. Alternative payroll procedures, i.e., electronic and/or automatic deposit may be utilized by the Employer. Employees laid off through no fault of their own shall be paid in full ½ hour prior to quitting time or if the employee is signed up for electronic transfer, the money shall be transferred to his or her account within 24 hours. Employees who were discharged or voluntarily quit shall be paid their wages per the Site Local Union’s Agreement. Assessments or Penalties for late pay or non-payment of wages shall be as per the Site Local Inside Collective Bargaining Agreement. Holidays and vacations shall comply with the terms of the Site Local Inside Collective Bargaining Agreement.

  • Retirement Contributions On behalf of employees, the State will continue to “pick up” the six percent (6%) employee contribution, payable pursuant to law. The parties acknowledge that various challenges have been filed that contest the lawfulness, including the constitutionality, of various aspects of PERS reform legislation enacted by the 2003 Legislative Assembly, including Chapters 67 (HB 2003) and 68 (HB 2004) of Oregon Laws 2003 (“PERS Litigation”). Nothing in this Agreement shall constitute a waiver of any party’s rights, claims or defenses with respect to the PERS Litigation.
