Subject to the provisions of this Agreement, the hourly rates of pay, overtime, working conditions, travel or subsistence allowances, and all fringe benefits shall be those established through collective bargaining between the appropriate Local Union and/or District Council and the local contractors in the area where the particular job of the Employer is located.

WAGES AND CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT. 11.0 (a) The wages and conditions of employment of the Subcontractor’s employees engaged on the Works must be no less than the minimum prescribed by the competent authority in the trade to which such employees belong.

Applicants may be required to undertake a pre-employment medical, the cost of which shall be borne by the Company. This shall include a mandatory drug and alcohol test. Any employee who knowingly provides false information in their application for employment or during the pre-employment medical examination may be dismissed.
WAGES AND CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT. 3.1 Wages increases and salary rates‌ In accordance with the salary schedule at 3.3, a salary rate increase of 0.3% will apply to all pay points backdated to 20 February 2016, to meet the Queensland wages policy of 2.5%. Further a 2.5% increase will apply from 1 October 2016 and 1 October 2017. Except that for employees whose salary exceeds the top pay point for their grade (as varied during the term of this agreement), there will be no increase to their total salary until the top pay point for their grade exceeds their total salary.
