Wages and Classification Premiums. Where an employee is temporarily assigned to perform the duties of a lower paying position in the bargaining unit he shall; be paid at the maximum rate of the lower class- ification if this rate is lower than the rate he is currently receiving, or: be paid at his current rate if the maximum rate of his temporary assignment is lower than the rate he is currently receiving. A Registered Nursing Assistant is required t o present t o the Director of Nursing her current Certificate of Competence by February 15th of each year.
