WAGES & ALLOWANCES. (i) Adult Employees - minimum rates of pay for: Job Level Rate of Pay - Minimum Process Worker - Probationary $617.45 Maintenance Fitter - Probationary $791.92 Wages will be increased in accordance to the value evaluated for each complete job, after the Employee has been assessed to be capable of performing the complete job. The maximum weekly wage that can be paid to a Process Workers is Level 6 (Senior Operator) irrespective of the number of complete Jobs an Employee is assessed to be competent in. See attachment 1 for Job and their value. Note each job stands alone and training is performed on a Company needs basis. Once trained and assessed capable of performing the complete job the employee will be paid whether they continue to perform that Job or not. However should the Consumer Price Index (CPI) published by the Australian Bureau of Statistic for the 12 month period ending the 31 December 2005 of this agreement, be greater than the second wage increase, then the parties will review the proposed wages outcome taking into consideration the prevailing economic climate and its impact on the Company. The second wage increase of 3.5% will be paid from the first full pay period on or after the 1 January 2006. (Note 1 Refers to Clause 4-1-1)
WAGES & ALLOWANCES. Each Employee will be paid a minimum base hourly rate and applicable allowances in accordance with the applicable Appendix Schedule (A, B or C) and the Employee's designated employment classification as per the Applicable Appendix (A,B or C) and Performance Review. For the purposes of this Agreement, the Company will determine each Employee’s classification in accordance with the Employee’s skills, experience and capability.
WAGES & ALLOWANCES. The base wages for Employee under this Contract shall be $(40.65) twenty five Dollars and Sixty Five Cents per hour. Employee's basic compensation is based upon forty hours per week. in order to receive wages and allowances under this Contract, Employee must complete his/her duty in accordance with Employer's policy. The schedule and instructions for complying with Employer's duty policy will be provided by Employee's supervisor. Approved duty will be the basis for calculating all amounts paid.
