Wage progression increases for employees who accept or receive jobs in accordance with Section 3. above, shall be based on the Wage Schedule applicable to the new job classification, and the progression on that schedule shall be determined by the employee’s wage length of service as follows:

Wage Treatment. (a) Employees affected by reduction in staff who assume a lower-paid job as a result of the foregoing, will assume the rate of the job.

While an employee s wages are frozen, the Company may assign her to a vacant position equal to her frozen wage schedule without issuing a job posting.

  • Emergency Medical Treatment I grant the Releasees permission to authorize emergency medical treatment as they deem appropriate, and agree that such action by the Releasees shall be subject to the terms of this Agreement. I understand and agree that the Releasees assume no responsibility for any injury or damage that might result from such emergency medical treatment.

  • Medical Treatment Undersigned understands that the Released Parties do not have medical personnel available at the location of the activities. Undersigned hereby grants the Released Parties permission to administer first aid or to authorize emergency medical treatment, if necessary.
