Wage Table. Effective July 1, 2020 an additional step shall be added to all salary ranges. Implementation will occur on a least costs basis. Employees who are at top step of their salary range on the effective date shall have their former salary eligibility date restored for future increases. However, this does not apply to anyone red circled above the new top step. Note: Tables will be adjusted according to the rate as mutually agreed. Wage Table. The wage scales for the employees covered by this Agreement are attached as Addendum B. All months listed in the Addendum are inclusive. Except, a newly hired police officer who has been certified by the Ohio Peace Officers Training Council and has at least two (2) years of law enforcement experience may be compensated upon hire at any rate of pay up to the 24-35 months hourly rate as determined by the City.
Wage Table. 1. In the event an employee promotes from Deputy to Corporal/Investigator, the employee will go to the next higher step and maintain that step until the employee meets the number of years in classification.
