Wage Entitlement. (i) A casual who is a new employee will be placed on the appropriate increment step according to previous experience.
Wage Entitlement. Casual employees shall be paid in accordance with the wage schedule. Casual employees shall move to the next increment step upon completion of the annual full-time equivalent hours (1957.5 hours) worked with the Employer.

  • Basic entitlement (a) After twelve months continuous service, parents are entitled to a combined total of 52 weeks unpaid parental leave on a shared basis in relation to the birth or adoption of their child.   • Benefit Entitlement When an employee is on a WCB claim all benefits of the Agreement will continue to accrue. However, an employee off work on WCB claim shall receive net wages as defined by (A) above, and benefits equalling but not to exceed their normal entitlement had they not suffered a compensable injury. For the first twenty (20) work days on claim, an employee will accrue paid holidays and vacation credits. Once the claim exceeds twenty (20) work days, paid holidays and vacation credits will not accrue. However, unused vacation credits accrued prior to the claim shall not be lost as a result of this clause.

  • Maximum Leave Entitlement Leaves taken under Clauses 20.2, 20.3 and 20.11 shall not exceed a total of 70 hours per calendar year, unless additional special leave is approved by the Employer.

  • Sick Leave Entitlement ‌ A permanent full-time employee will earn paid sick leave at the rate of one day per month. Part-time employees will be entitled to sick leave credits on a pro rata basis. Sick leave will accumulate to a total of 15 working days. Note: Employees who currently have more than 15 days credited to their sick leave bank will not earn sick leave until such time as their sick leave bank falls below 15 days.
