WAGE AND BENEFIT CONTROL SAVINGS CLAUSE. If any salary/wage or benefit provision of this Agreement is nullified or modified by an action of any government agency, as a result of the institution or reinstitution of any form of wage and benefit controls or programs, the parties hereto shall meet to negotiate over the impact of the change(s). The parties agree that the objective of the negotiations will be to attempt to make employees whole for the level of benefits provided in this Agreement.
