Wage Adjustment. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary, employees’ salary will be reduced by the amount of Employee Contributions that are made by the Employer in accordance with the terms of this Article.
Wage Adjustment. Notwithstanding any provisions in existing pay agreements, the wages of employees shall be reduced by the amount of employee contributions made by the employer pursuant to the provisions hereof.

Wage Adjustment. The hourly rate of Employees coming within the scope of the Agreement between Royal Botanical Gardens and CUPE Local 5167 shall be as outlined in Schedule "A".
Wage Adjustment. Effective March 27, 2017, wage adjustments will be distributed based on Appendix IOccupational Classifications & Top Rate Pay Levels. The positions mentioned below will not be affected by a layoff unless lower positions in their department are laid off first. For further clarification Toolmaker (2) will not be affected by a layoff unless the Toolmaker (1) positions have been laid off first. Setup/Mnt. Conventional and Setup/Mnt. Secondary will not be affected by a layoff unless the Junior Setup/CM Operator positions in their department have been laid off first. Quality Inspector (2) will not be affected by a layoff unless the Quality Inspector (1) positions in their department have been laid off first. The employees currently (at time of ratification) in the classifications of Production Worker 1, 2 and 3 and being paid at $16.85, and $17.17 respectively, shall have their rates of pay red-circled; so that they remain at those same rates of pay for the duration of this Collective Agreement and are considered some of the secured incumbent positions. Once a secured incumbent position, or incumbent position (refer to Appendix 1) is left by the incumbent, this position is eliminated. All other (i.e. non- secured positions) Production Worker 1, 2 and 3 positions shall be paid at the lower rates identified in Appendix 1 – Occupational Classifications & Top Rates of Pay and shall be subject to the general wage increases set out below. Effective March 27, 2017, a general increase of 2% will be applied to employees’ hourly rates except as noted above. Active employees in red-circled positions shall receive a 2% lump sum payment. Effective March 26, 2018, a general increase of 2% will be applied to employees’ hourly rates except as noted above. Active employees in red-circled positions shall receive a 2% lump sum. Wage Adjustment. Notwithstanding any provisions in the Agreement on the contrary, the wages of workers shall be reduced by the amount of worker contributions made by the employer pursuant to the provisions hereof. Limitations to Operability This Agreement shall be operative only as long as the Orchard School District pick-up of worker retirement contributions continues to be excludable from gross income of the worker under the provisions of the Internal Revenue Code.
