W ORKING HOURS Sample Clauses

W ORKING HOURS. Working hours shall be a total of 37V4 hours per week exclusive of one-half hour lunch break per day. During the months o f July and August, secretaries will work a seven hour day inclusive of a 30-minute lunch period. Employees shall work 7 hours on the day prior to each of the following holiday and recess periods: IndependenceDay, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving, Winter Recess, Xxxxxx Xxxxxx Xxxx, Xx.’s Birthday, Presidents Weekend, and Spring Recess and Memorial Day. ARTICLE X V m - LABOR M ANAGEMENT CO M M ITTEE The parties hereto agree to form a labor management committee to identify and resolve issues of common interest. The Committee may consist of, but is not limited to , four employer representatives and four union representatives. Such Committee shall meet quarterly in the months of Februaiy, May, August and November of the year. Prior to such meetings, the parties shall exchange proposed agendas, if applicable. Time spent by union representatives at the Labor Management Meeting shall not be compensable.
W ORKING HOURS. Section I: The length of the work day for full-time Nurses and full-time Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants will be from 7:50 a.m. to 3:20 p.m. - the same as the teacher work day. There will be no more than a thirty (30) minute deviation from the above times. On Thursdays the school day will be extended to 4:20 p.m., and on Tuesdays the school day will be extended to 3:50 p.m. for meetings, if scheduled. On Fridays and days prior to holidays, the employees’ normal leaving time will be 3:08 p.m. unless professional duties require the employees’ presence. Full-time Nurses and full-time Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants will receive a paid lunch period of thirty (30) minutes during which time they must remain in their building and are to be considered on-call.
W ORKING HOURS. The transport contractor shall be responsible for performing all or any of the services detailed in and arising out of the contract, round the clock throughout the period of this contract without any additional remuneration or whenever so required by the Head (C&MM), Madras Atomic Power Station, Kalpakkam – 603 102 or an officer acting on his behalf.

  • Building Hours The specific hours at any individual building may vary according to the needs of the educational program of the School District. The specific hours for each building will be designated by the School District.

  • Extra Hours (i) (a) Any additional hours beyond base hours shall be offered in a fair and impartial manner among "A" list part-time employees in the classification and in the geographical location in which the additional hours are required. Each zone and bureau and One Yonge Street shall be considered separate geographical locations. A part-time employee who is scheduled to work additional hours beyond the base hours (under the terms of Article 7) and who does not work those hours due to sickness shall be paid for such hours under the application of the sick leave provisions under Article 13 and Clause (2405).

  • Opening hours The restaurant must inform Xxxxxx Xxx Ltd of its hours of operation (the “Opening Hours”), and of any changes to such Opening Hours. If the hours of operation are stated on the menu, Xxxxxx Xxx Ltd shall be entitles to treat these as the Opening Hours unless the Restaurant informs Xxxxxx Xxx Ltd otherwise.
