VSP SPECIAL TEAMS. State Police Lieutenants who are assigned and serve on the special teams of Bomb Squad, Tactical Services Unit, SCUBA, Crisis Negotiation Unit, Search and Rescue, K-9, Honor Guard, Crash Reconstruction, Drug Recognition Experts (DRE), Crime Scene Search (CSST), Clandestine Lab, and Member Assistance Program (MAP) shall receive a lump sum of four hundred dollars ($400) per full year of service on the team(s). An employee serving on more than one (1) team shall be eligible for only one (1) such payment. State Police Lieutenants who are assigned to serve as the commander of a special team listed above shall receive a lump sum of seven hundred fifty dollars ($750) in lieu of the four hundred dollars ($400) described above. Each Lieutenant assigned to serve on the special team(s) shall receive a prorated share of the four hundred dollars ($400) special team allowance, or the seven hundred fifty dollars ($750) allowance for team commanders, based on the number of complete pay periods served on the team(s) since assignment to the team(s) or since s/he last received the special team allowance, whichever is less. The special team allowance payment will be made for employees assigned to the team(s) prorated accordingly for the amount of time served on the team(s) since the previous September 1st. Proration shall be calculated on the number of complete pay periods served. Prorated payment of the special team allowance shall also be made to assigned members who terminate employment with the Vermont State Police or who leave the team before the September 1st payment is made.

  • Project Team To accomplish Owner’s objectives, Owner intends to employ a team concept in connection with the construction of the Project. The basic roles and general responsibilities of team members are set forth in general terms below but are more fully set forth in the Design Professional Contract with respect to the Design Professional, in the Program Management Agreement with any Program Manager, and in this Contract with respect to the Contractor.

  • Project Steering Committee (a) The Recipient shall establish and maintain at all times until the completion of the Project, the Project Steering Committee with a composition, mandate and resources satisfactory to the Association.

  • Central Negotiating Team In central bargaining between the Ontario Nurses' Association and the Participating Hospitals, a nurse serving on the Union's Central Negotiating Team shall be paid for time lost from the nurse's regularly scheduled straight time working hours at her or his regular rate of pay, and without loss of leave credits, for attending central negotiating meetings with the Hospitals' Central Negotiating Committee up to, but not including, arbitration. Central Negotiating Team members shall receive unpaid time off for the purpose of preparation for negotiations. The Union will advise the Hospitals concerned, as far in advance as possible, of the dates for which leave is being requested. Upon reference to arbitration, the Central Negotiating Team members shall receive unpaid time off for the purpose of attending arbitration hearings.

  • Design Team The Design Professional represents that it has or will secure at its own expense, all personnel required in the performance of this Contract, except for personnel required to be furnished by the Owner. This shall not be applicable to firms and/or individuals providing responses to a publicly posted Request for Information (RFI) associated with a solicitation.

  • Steering Committee The Project Manager shall set up a Steering Committee for the Project, consisting of representatives from the Department, the Contractor, and any other key organisations whom the project will impact on, to be agreed between the parties. The function of the Steering Committee shall be to review the scope and direction of the Project against its aims and objectives, monitor progress and efficiency, and assess, manage and review expected impact and use of the findings from the Project. The Committee shall meet at times and dates agreed by the parties, or in the absence of agreement, specified by the Department. The Contractor’s representatives on the Steering Committee shall report their views on the progress of the Project to the Steering Committee in writing if requested by the Department. The Contractor’s representatives on the Steering Committee shall attend all meetings of the Steering Committee unless otherwise agreed by the Department.

  • Union Negotiating Committee (a) The Employer shall recognize a Union Negotiating Committee that may include, as determined by the Union:

  • Local Negotiating Committee (a) A negotiating committee of four (4) employee representatives appointed by the union including the bargaining unit president.
