Voting Time Leave. Any employee who is eligible to vote in any statewide primary or general election or at any election to fill a vacancy in the office of a representative in Congress or in the office of state senator or state representative, may absent himself/herself from work for the purpose of voting during such election day provided the employee has made prior arrangements for such absence with his/her immediate supervisor.

Any teacher who is eligible to vote in any statewide primary, Presidential primary, general election, tribal election, or at any election to fill a vacancy in the office of a representative in Congress, or in the office of state senator or state representative may absent themselves from work for the purpose of voting during the election day provided the teacher has made prior arrangements for such absence with their immediate supervisor.
Voting Time Leave. Any nurse who is eligible to vote in any statewide general election or at any election to fill a vacancy in the office of a representative in Congress or in the office of state senator or state representative, may absent himself/herself from work for the purpose of voting of such election day provided the nurse has made prior arrangements for such absence with his/her immediate supervisor.
Voting Time Leave. Any employee who is eligible to vote in elections referenced in Minnesota Statutes § 204C.04 may be absent from work to vote on Election Day or early voting in person provided the employee has made prior arrangements for such absence with their immediate supervisor.
Voting Time Leave. Any employee who is eligible to vote in any tribal election may absent themselves from work for the purpose of voting during such election day provided the employee has made prior arrangements for such absence with their immediate supervisor.
Voting Time Leave. Reasonable leave shall be granted for the purpose of voting, to all employees, at any state-wide general election, or at any election to fill a vacancy in the office of Representative in Congress during the forenoon of such election day. The employee must notify his/her supervisor before time off is taken to vote.
Voting Time Leave. An Employee who is eligible to vote in any statewide general or primary election, any election to fill a vacancy in the office of a representative in Congress or a special election held to fill a seat in the Minnesota Legislature, may be absent from work with pay for the purpose of voting pursuant to Minnesota law.
Voting Time Leave. Employees may be granted leave for the purpose of voting in federal, state or municipal general or special elections if such leave is required by state statute or municipal ordinance. The MOA shall allow two (2) hours of time off without pay for employees to vote in a federal, state or municipal election if the employee's scheduled work time does not allow an aggregate time of at least two (2) hours within which to vote and verification of voting may be required. Proof of voting may be required.
Voting Time Leave. Voting time leave in accord with Xxxx. Stat. §204C.04 for Employees eligible to vote in a state primary election, a presidential primary election, a state general election, or an election to fill a vacancy in the United States Congress, provided that the leave is for a reasonable period of time.
Voting Time Leave. 1. On election days, school district employees shall be given two hours leave to vote. The two hours leave shall be on a schedule determined by the immediate supervisor.
