Common use of Voting Shares Clause in Contracts

Voting Shares. “Voting Shares” shall mean the Shares and any and all other shares of capital stock of the Company, by whatever name called, which carry voting rights (including voting rights which arise by reason of default) which are now owned or subsequently acquired by a Stockholder, however acquired, including, without limitation, through stock splits, stock dividends, reclassifications, recapitalizations and other similar events.

Voting Shares. “Voting Shares” " shall mean the Shares and include any and all other shares of the Common Stock, Shares, and/or shares of capital stock of the Company, by whatever name called, which carry voting rights (including voting rights which arise by reason of default) which are now owned or subsequently acquired by a Stockholder, however acquired, including, without limitation, through stock splits, stock dividends, reclassifications, recapitalizations and other similar events).
