Common use of Voting Securities Clause in Contracts

Voting Securities. Voting securities" means HUBCO's common stock, together with any preferred stock entitled to vote generally in elections for directors or other matters. With respect to preferred stock, in determining the percentage of beneficial ownership of voting securities, the number of votes to which the holder is entitled in the election of directors with the common holders, and not the number of shares, shall be the basis of the calculation.
