Low Voltage Ride-Through (LVRT) Capability A wind generating plant shall be able to remain online during voltage disturbances up to the time periods and associated voltage levels set forth in the standard below. The LVRT standard provides for a transition period standard and a post-transition period standard.

Retirement Seminar Release Time 222. Subject to development, availability and scheduling by SFERS and PERS, employees shall be allowed not more than one day during the life of this CBA to attend a pre-retirement planning seminar sponsored by SFERS or PERS. All such seminars must be located within the Bay Area.
Quality Control Program The Contractor shall describe the Quality Control Program in a written document which shall be reviewed by the Engineer prior to the start of any production, construction, or off-site fabrication. The written Quality Control Program shall be submitted to the Engineer for review at least ten (10) calendar days before the start of construction. PROCEDURES FOR SUPPLEMENTAL PAYMENT CALCULATIONS All calculations required by this Article VI, including but not limited to: (i) the calculation of the Applicant’s Stipulated Supplemental Payment Amount; (ii) the determination of both the Annual Limit and the Aggregate Limit; (iii) the effect, if any, of the Aggregate Limit upon the actual amount of Supplemental Payments eligible to be paid to the District by the Applicant; and (iv) the carry forward and accumulation of any of the Applicant’s Stipulated Supplemental Payment Amounts unpaid by the Applicant due to the Aggregate Limit in previous years, shall be calculated by the Third Party selected pursuant to Section 4.3.
