Volunteering. Along with fundraising, each swim family is required to volunteer their time and talents to ensure that the activities of the club run smoothly. Many volunteer opportunities exist from being a Board Member to timing at a swim meet. Some tasks are more involved than others, but everyone is capable of helping out in one capacity or another. Our team is run entirely by volunteers and we need help to have the best experience for you and your swimmer. Each swim season (Short Course and Long Course) volunteer hours will be charged to a swimmers account, as the hours are completed they will be credited in the Volunteer Hour account. Volunteer hours will be valued at the following levels: Jr. Stingrays : 6 hours for short course and 2 hours for long course at a rate of $10 per hour Bronze Group: 8 hours during the short course season and 4 hours for long course at a rate of $15 per hour Silver Group: 12 hours for short course and 8 hours for long course at a rate of $20 per hour Gold Group: 16 hours for short course and 10 hours for long course at a rate of $25 per hour If multiple swimmers are from one parent or legal guardian then hours will be determined by the highest level swimmer (i.e. one swimmer is at Bronze and another is Gold then the hours are based on Gold hours only. Short course season volunteer hours will be billed on March 15th and long course volunteer hours will be billed on July 31st. At the end of each season (short or long course) the hours will be reset to the next value of the following seson. Volunteering. Initials It is understood that CPN is a community theater that relies on volunteers to run successfully. We ask that all participants aid in the supporting of our theater by volunteering a shift during the rehearsal process/run of the show. BUS PASSES Students planning to get off the bus at a stop or ride a bus other than their regular arrangements must present the bus driver a pass issued from the main office. To obtain a bus pass the student must bring a signed note from their parent/guardian granting permission. The note must include the address and bus number for the requested bus pass. No walking /bus pass will be issued to visit elementary schools without written permission by the school or teacher they are wanting to visit and a note from their parent and then transportation home must be provided by parents. The request for all bus passes must be presented to the office prior to lunchtime. There will be no bus passes issued on early release days or the last day of school with the exception of child care. All bus passes are subject to seating availability. LEAVING SCHOOL AT THE END OF THE DAY At the close of school, unless they are attending a school- sponsored activity, students are expected to ride home on the bus or with their parents/guardians. Students that walk to and from school must have a note registered in the office. Students will not be allowed to ride home with unauthorized individuals without written permission from a parent/guardian. This includes neighbors, friends or older siblings.

Volunteering. Anyone who regularly gives of their time freely to the branch should be registered as a volunteer, regardless of whether they are a member of the branch committee or have a named role. Registered volunteers will be invited to become members of the MND Association. The branch committee will liaise with all local volunteers and the ASC to ensure all such volunteers are identified on the MND Association’s central records and have therefore access to relevant insurance and communications.
Volunteering. 16.1 The SCO is keen to support a growth in volunteering aligned to the Space programme and will contact the Service Provider should opportunities arise for such activity. The SCO may also lead promotion of the volunteering agenda in specific local areas or for specific types of activities should such opportunities be identified. All successful volunteers identified through the SCO will be required to produce evidence of clear, up to date enhanced DBS certificates to the SCO/and the Service Provider for whom they undertake volunteering.
