Volunteer Programs. The Union recognizes the value of active volunteer participation in the City of Hayward; however, volunteers shall not be used to perform bargaining unit work. The parties shall meet as necessary to discuss the use of volunteers in the City.
Volunteer Programs. To the extent that it is available, the Employer will provide the Union with information which permits the Union to monitor the implementation of such programs, if not already provided.
Volunteer Programs. The application shall provide information on the expected use of volunteers and the extent of the current volunteer program (e.g., number of active participants, hours volunteered, and the amount of funds used to run the program).
Volunteer Programs. The Board shall annually notify the Association (by October 31st) of any anticipated volunteer programs and volunteer usage within the District buildings.

Volunteer Programs. Operator shall be responsible for the recruitment and coordination of volunteers to enhance the quality of life for all Residents, subject to any and all applicable local, state, and federal rules, requirements, or guidance related to Covid-19 or any other infectious disease

Volunteer Programs. Volunteers from the community are screened and provided with training in order to work with particular families and children where protection concerns exist. The volunteer programs are:
