Volunteer Hours. Parental/Guardian involvement is a critical component of your child’s educational success. Xxxxxx Charter School prides itself on the success of our students and therefore requires that parents/guardians become active stakeholders in their child’s future. All Xxxxxx Charter School parents/guardians are asked to complete thirty (30) volunteer hours, or the equivalent, per academic year. All parent/guardian volunteer hours must be completed prior to the last day of school.

Volunteer Hours. Volunteerism is an essential component of your family’s participation in, and support of our school/Atrium community. School families will complete 15 hours, and Atrium families, 3 hours per year. You have the option to buy-out of the volunteer hours by including $300 per school family and $60 per Atrium family with your registration. Volunteer hours that have not been either submitted or pledged by April 1, 2020 will be billed for any remaining hours at a rate of $20/hour.

All Pinecrest Academy parents/guardians are asked to complete thirty (30) volunteer hours, or the equivalent, per academic year. All parent/guardian volunteer hours must be completed prior to the last day of school.
Volunteer Hours. Each family is expected to volunteer at least 25 hours during the school year. Volunteer activities are essential to promote parental involvement in the school and to help defray some school costs. After May 1, each family will be assessed $5.00 for each volunteer hour that has not been completed or has not been arranged to be completed. Among the many volunteer opportunities are chaperoning for field trips, assisting teachers, parent workdays, and Home & School fund-raisers. A list of volunteer opportunities is included in the weekly messages from the principal.

Volunteer Hours. In order to remain eligible to use a TG plot, Plot Users must also complete two (2) hours of volunteer work per month in or for the garden, for a total of twenty-four (24) hours per year. Volunteer opportunities are available by consulting with the Garden Manager, Project Manager, or the Community Service Coordinator. These opportunities include, but are not limited to, regular maintenance of the TG common areas and assistance with special events. Plot Users who do not stay current with this volunteer requirement will be given notice by a member of the TG Committee by e-mail. Plot holders may choose to donate to Trinity Gardens at the rate of $20 per volunteer hour, for up to 50% (12 hours) of the required commitment, if he or she is not able to complete the required volunteer time. Trinity Gardens General Rules Approved applicants (“Plot Users”) are required to follow the Trinity Gardens General Rules, which are posted for all gardeners and visitors to the garden:
Volunteer Hours. Sign-up will be available for 2-4-6-8-12 hour time periods per day. Sign- up will be available on a first come, first serve basis with employees signing for a whole shift (or the greatest number of hours) receiving first consideration for the assignment. Employees signing for less than a full shift will be assigned to the busy periods of a shift (e.g. wake-up/breakfast – dinner/bedtime) with the exact hours to be identified by management after discussion, if necessary, with the employee.
