Common use of Voluntary Transfers Clause in Contracts

Voluntary Transfers. A. Teachers who desire a change in grade and/or subject assignment or who desire to transfer to another building shall file a written statement of such desire with the Superintendent not later than March 1, or within five (5) school days of a new posting. Such statement shall include the grade and/or subject to which the teacher desires to be assigned or the school to which the teacher wishes to be transferred.

Voluntary Transfers. A. Teachers who desire Principals desiring a change in grade and/or subject transfer shall submit a written request to the Superintendent or her/his designee by March 15 of any school year stating the specific assignment or who desire to transfer to another building shall file a written statement nature of such desire with the Superintendent not later than March 1, assignment and the school or within five (5) school days of a new postingschools preferred.
