Voluntary Trades. Subject to department manpower requirements, 9 employees shall be permitted to voluntarily trade work days; provided, however, 10 that advance permission has been received from the Police Captain or his/her 11 designee. 12 When an Employee voluntarily trades his/her regularly scheduled pass day and 13 works it as part of his/her regularly scheduled 84 hours, he/she is not eligible for 14 overtime or double time payment or compensatory time for the hours traded. On 15 the traded day, if the employee actually works more hours than the normal duty 16 shift, the additional hours will be paid at the overtime rate.

Voluntary Trades. Subject to department manpower requirements, 30 employees shall be permitted to voluntarily trade work days; provided however, that 31 advance permission has been received from the Police Captain or his/her designee.
Voluntary Trades. Employees who desire a change in their work location by trading places with another bargaining unit member may make a joint request in writing to the District's Director of Finance and Operations, who will present the request to the affected Building Principals. The trade shall take place so long as the Principals approve the request. The District agrees that such approval shall not be arbitrarily denied.
Voluntary Trades. If there are no written requests for assignment to shift (or days) on file, voluntary trades by Technicians between day work to shift work and shift to shift is permissible and will be handled as individual cases subject to complete Agreement among the individuals involved, union representation and Management. Reasons to allow such trades will normally be based on a personal hardship. When trades are made between shift and days, each party is obligated to spend twelve (12) months in their new assignment.

Ontario construction workers who have a Provincial or Interprovincial [IP] (Red Seal) Certificate of Qualification from the Ministry of Advanced Education and Skills Development, (MAESD) in any Ontario compulsory or voluntary trade recognized in the 2006 Ontario-Quebec Construction Labour Mobility Agreement may work in Quebec with or without an Ontario employer.   • Voluntary Transfer An employee who transfers within the same class shall receive no salary adjustment. An employee who transfers between classes shall receive the minimum adjustment necessary to bring his/her salary to the minimum rate of the new class. However, an employee receiving a rate of pay in excess of the range maximum shall continue to receive that rate of pay.

Upon any Involuntary Transfer, the Company shall have the right to purchase such Interests pursuant to this Section 12.4 and the Person to whom such Interests have been Transferred (the “Involuntary Transferee”) shall have the obligation to sell such Interests in accordance with this Section 12.4. Upon the Involuntary Transfer of any Interest, such Management Member or Outside Member shall promptly (but in no event later than two days after such Involuntary Transfer) furnish written notice to the Company indicating that the Involuntary Transfer has occurred, specifying the name of the Involuntary Transferee, giving a detailed description of the circumstances giving rise to, and stating the legal basis for, the Involuntary Transfer. Upon the receipt of the notice described in the preceding sentence, and for 60 days thereafter, the Company shall have the right to purchase, and the Involuntary Transferee shall have the obligation to sell, all (but not less than all) of the Interests acquired by the Involuntary Transferee for a purchase price equal to the lesser of (i) the Fair Market Value of such Interest and (ii) the amount of the indebtedness or other liability that gave rise to the Involuntary Transfer plus the excess, if any, of the Carrying Value of such Interests over the amount of such indebtedness or other liability that gave rise to the Involuntary Transfer. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary, any Involuntary Transfer of Override Units shall result in the immediate forfeiture of such Override Units and without any compensation therefor, and such Involuntary Transferee shall have no rights with respect to such Override Units.

  • Voluntary Treatment While in voluntary attendance at a full-time treatment program for substance abuse, a regular employee shall on proof of enrolment, be entitled to sick leave with pay to the extent that sick leave credits are available. Article 42.06 – Expiration of Sick Leave Credits shall apply upon expiration of sick leave credits should additional leave be requested.

No later than May 1st of each school year, the Superintendent shall deliver to the Association and post in all school buildings a list of the known vacancies which shall occur during the following school year. A permanent-status or limited-status classified employee who has more than fifteen (15) days of authorized military duty scheduled in one (1) Federal Training Year shall not be entitled to leave with pay for those days in excess of fifteen (15), and shall be placed in an off payroll or leave of absence status, unless he or she elects to use accumulated annual, personal leave, or compensatory time leave credits for the period of absence.

  • Military Training Leave An employee who has served with the State of Oregon or its counties, municipalities or other political subdivisions for six (6) months or more immediately preceding an application for military leave, and who is a member of the National Guard or of any reserve components of the armed forces of the United States is entitled to a leave of absence with pay for a period not exceeding fifteen (15) calendar days or eleven (11) workdays in any federal fiscal year. If the training time for which the employee is called to active duty is longer than fifteen (15) calendar days, the employee may be paid for the first eleven (11) days only if such time is served for the purpose of discharging an obligation of annual active duty for training in the military reserve or National Guard.
