Voluntary Sick Bank Committee. The bank will be operated on a voluntary basis. A committee shall be formed to administer the Bank and to provide the information whereby the Business Office of the Franklin County Community School Corporation will keep the records. This committee shall be empowered to adopt rules and regulations and to make decisions required to administer the Sick Leave Bank, so long as these rules, regulations, and decisions do not modify the agreement contained herein. This Committee will be titled the "Voluntary Sick Bank Committee" (hereafter referred to as the SBC). The SBC shall be composed of the following five (5) persons:

  • Sick Leave Bank Committee The Committee shall be appointed by the BTU-ESP for the purpose of administering the Sick Leave Bank. The Committee shall:
