Participating FFI The term Participating FFI means a Financial Institution that has agreed to comply with the requirements of an FFI Agreement, including a Financial Institution described in a Model 2 IGA that has agreed to comply with the requirements of an FFI Agreement. The term Participating FFI also includes a qualified intermediary branch of a Reporting U.S. Financial Institution, unless such branch is a Reporting Model 1
Voluntary Part-time Benefits If the local parties agree, the Hospital will provide part-time employees with the option of voluntary participation in any and all of the group health and welfare benefit programs set out in Article 18.01. It is understood and agreed that the part-time employees would pay the Employer the full amount of the monthly premiums, in advance. NOTE: Part-time voluntary benefits are not arbitrable in local negotiations. FOR THE HOSPITALS FOR THE UNION
Participating Provider A Provider that has a Provider Agreement with United Concordia Dental pertaining to payment for Covered Services rendered to a Member.
Termination by Participant Participant may terminate the Agreement as follows:
Voluntary Participation The Grantee’s participation in the Plan is voluntary. The value of the Restricted Stock Units is an extraordinary item of compensation. Unless otherwise expressly provided in a separate agreement between the Grantee and the Company or a Subsidiary, the Restricted Stock Units are not part of normal or expected compensation for purposes of calculating any severance, resignation, redundancy, end-of-service payments, bonuses, long-service awards, pension or retirement benefits or similar payments.

On-Call Employee An on-call employee shall be defined as an employee who works less than forty (40) hours per week on an as-needed basis. An on-call employee is not subject to the terms of this Agreement.
On-Call Employees The Employer may assign work to on-call employees prior to assigning overtime.
Broad Participation Retirement Fund A fund established in The Bahamas to provide retirement, disability, or death benefits, or any combination thereof, to beneficiaries that are current or former employees (or persons designated by such employees) of one or more employers in consideration for services rendered, provided that the fund:
Permanent Part-Time Employee A permanent part-time employee is defined as an employee who is employed in a permanent position and who is normally scheduled to work a minimum of twenty-five (25) hours and less than thirty-two and one-half (32.5) hours per week on a regular basis.
