Common use of Voluntary Demotion Clause in Contracts

Voluntary Demotion. 32.1 If an employee takes a voluntary demotion as a result of a downward reclassification of his/her position, his/her salary step status shall be in accordance with the provisions of ARTICLE 16.4.
