Voluntary Assignment. Volunteers will be sought and a rotation schedule will be 4 followed. The building principal shall maintain a list of those teachers who voluntarily 5 agree to substitute during the teacher’s planning time. Teachers may only receive 6 additional compensation equal to one period per day.
Voluntary Assignment. The District shall not assign any general education classroom teacher to accept a full inclusion student without first seeking a volunteer for the assignment.

Voluntary Assignment. 23.5.1 For grades K-5, Site Administrators shall not assign any fully included and/or mainstreamed students to a Teacher without considering volunteers for the assignment at that site. The site administrator shall make reasonable efforts to equitably distribute the placement of full inclusion and/or mainstream students into general education classes unless it is determined by the site administrator that the student needs would best be served in a particular classroom.

Voluntary Assignment. A teacher may request a voluntary reassignment. Such request must be made by April 1st, preceding the school term for which the reassignment is requested. The Superintendent will consider such request if a vacancy occurs due to retirement, lay-off or resignation that would allow for such reassignment. For purposes of this Section, the Board shall consider seniority, qualifications, and other merit factors.
Voluntary Assignment. The acceptance of responsibility for faculty administrative activities for which nonteaching load credit is granted is by the mutual agreement of the faculty member and the appropriate administrator.
