Voluntary and Knowing Action. The parties, by executing this Lease, state that they have carefully reviewed this Lease and understand fully the contents hereof; that in executing this Lease they voluntarily accept all terms described in this Lease without duress coercion, undue influence, or otherwise, and that they intend to be legally bound thereby.

EXECUTIVE FURTHER ACKNOWLEDGES THAT EXECUTIVE HAS READ THIS AGREEMENT CAREFULLY AND UNDERSTANDS ALL OF ITS TERMS, AND IS SIGNING THIS AGREEMENT KNOWINGLY AND VOLUNTARILY AND WITH THE FULL INTENT OF, AMONG OTHER THINGS, RELEASING THE COMPANY AND CERTAIN OTHER PARTIES OF ALL KNOWN AND UNKNOWN CLAIMS.
