Common use of Voluntarily by the Executive Clause in Contracts

Voluntarily by the Executive. The Executive may voluntarily terminate his employment at any time during the Employment Period by giving not less than sixty (60) days prior written notice thereof to the Company.

Voluntarily by the Executive. The Executive may voluntarily terminate his employment at any time during the Employment Period by giving not less than sixty (60) 60 days prior written notice thereof to the Company.

Voluntarily by the Executive. The Executive may voluntarily terminate his employment at any time during the Employment Period by giving not less than sixty (60) 90 days prior written notice thereof to the Company.. The Executive may also terminate his employment hereunder after giving the Company written notice of not less than 90 days after an occurrence or an event which constitutes Good Reason. Good Reason shall mean:

The Executive may voluntarily terminate his employment at any time during the Employment Period by giving not less than sixty (60) 60 days prior written notice thereof to the Company; provided, however, that Executive may terminate his employment immediately and without notice upon either: (i) the occurrence of any of the events listed in Section 3(b)(i) or (ii) of this Agreement, or (ii) the occurrence of an event constituting Good Reason (as defined below).
