In the case of mergers between two or more firms or a parent subsidiary relationship the combined fee for all companies involved will be considered. Fees will be counted towards the Volume of Work at the time of award (not invoices paid). Total fees under negotiation are based on the budget amount for professional services. The end date for volume of work calculations is the date set for receipt of proposal.
