Voltage Schedule Sample Clauses

Voltage Schedule. PREPA shall prepare and submit to Resource Provider a written voltage schedule for the Facility no later than thirty (30) Days prior to the Proposed Initial Synchronization Date. From and after the Commercial Operation Date, PREPA may change such voltage schedule upon thirty (30) Days’ prior written notice, or in accordance with, the Operating Procedures, provided that such voltage schedule complies with the MTRs. Resource Provider shall use such voltage schedule in the operation of its Facility. PREPA shall base the voltage schedule on the normally expected operating conditions for the Facility and the reactive power requirements of the Grid System.

Voltage Schedule. (a) TVA shall prepare and submit to LSP a written voltage schedule (consistent with Good Utility Practice and with applicable laws and regulations) no later than thirty (30) Days prior to the Operation Date. TVA may change such voltage schedule upon thirty (30) Days' prior written notice. Said voltage schedules shall be coordinated and be consistent with the voltage schedules provided to LSP by Entergy. LSP shall comply with the voltage schedule specified by TVA as related to the operation of the Facility and shall be responsible for installing, operating, and maintaining the appropriate equipment necessary to comply with the voltage schedule specified by TVA. This voltage schedule shall be based on the normally expected operating conditions for the Facility and the reactive power requirements of TVA's system; provided that, in no event shall the voltage schedule require the Facility to be operated at a power factor outside the range of .95 lagging to .95 leading. TVA may request LSP to operate the Facility at a power factor outside the range specified above, but LSP shall not be obligated to do so if such operation would be inconsistent with the Facility's design limits. Furthermore, if LSP agrees to such request from TVA, prior to operating outside the range specified above, TVA and LSP shall agree on the compensation LSP is to receive for operating the Facility at a power factor outside the range specified in this Section 6.5.

Voltage Schedule. The Company will prepare and submit to Seller a written voltage schedule no later than thirty (30) days prior to the Date of Commercial Operation, except that the Company may change such voltage schedule upon thirty (30) days prior written notice. Seller shall use such voltage schedule in the operation of the Facility. This voltage schedule shall be based on the normally expected operating conditions for the Facility and the reactive power requirements of the Company system.
Voltage Schedule. (a) TVA shall prepare and submit to Interconnection Customer a written voltage schedule (which schedule shall be consistent with Good Utility Practice and with applicable laws and regulations) no later than thirty (30) Days prior to the Commercial Operation Date. The voltage schedule shall be based on the normally expected operating conditions for the Facility, as set out in Section IV.C (Voltage Rating, Regulation, and Power Factor) of Exhibit IC. The Facility shall produce or absorb reactive power within the design limitations of the Facility in following the assigned voltage schedule. This may be a wider range than the minimum requirement set out in paragraph (b) of Section IV.C of Exhibit IC. TVA may change such voltage schedule upon thirty (30) Days’ prior written notice. Interconnection Customer shall comply with the voltage schedule specified by TVA when the Facility is operating. Such voltage schedule shall be coordinated and be consistent with the voltage schedule provided to Interconnection Customer by the Interconnected Neighboring System (if applicable). Such voltage schedule shall include a voltage range for each operating voltage specified. (For example, a voltage schedule might specify an operating voltage of 166 kV, plus/minus 3 kV, for June 1 through October 15, Monday through Friday, between the hours of 7 am and 9 pm, temperature of 75 degrees Fahrenheit or above.) TVA may, for day-to-day operational purposes, request Interconnection Customer to comply with a specific voltage for a specific time period as long as such voltage is (i) within the voltage range, time period, and other criteria specified in the schedule and (ii) within an allowable tolerance to be determined by the Operating Committee based on actual operating experience and equipment capability. (For example, TVA might request Interconnection Customer to comply with a voltage of 167 kV, plus/minus 1.5 kV, on June 25, between the hours of 9 am and 1 pm.) In the absence of a specific daily request from TVA, Interconnection Customer shall comply with the voltage (i.e., 166 kV based on the above example) as specified in the schedule. Interconnection Customer shall comply with the voltage schedule as set out above and shall be responsible for installing, operating, and maintaining the appropriate equipment necessary for such voltage compliance. Upon request by TVA, Interconnection Customer may operate the Facility at a power factor outside the range specified in paragraph (b) of ...
Voltage Schedule. 8.1 The GREC generator shall be operated in such a way as to maintain a nominal 138kV on the GSU high-side terminals. Deviation from this nominal value may be requested occasionally by the SCC, and the Generating Facility will adhere to such requests provided that operation will not be required outside the design limits of the Generation Facility’s equipment represented by the attached Generator Capability Curve (Exhibit “B”) while maintaining the requested Power Output.
