VOICE RECORDING. Each Party may electronically record all telephone conversations between them, with or without the use of a warning tone, and that, to the extent permitted by Law, any such recordings may be submitted in evidence to any court or in any proceeding for the purpose of establishing the formation or existence of a transaction and the terms thereof. Each Party shall obtain the consent of its employees and agents to such recording to the extent required by Law. Notwithstanding the foregoing, either Party reserves the right to object to the admissibility of any recording on the grounds of authenticity, relevance, and/or materiality, and neither Party waives its rights to such objections.
VOICE RECORDING. GTJAF may use voice-recording procedures in connection with any communications with the Client or in order to record or verify Instruction from the Client or the Authorized Person. Any voice recording made by GTJAF shall constitute conclusive evidence of the communications so recorded.
VOICE RECORDING. 23.1. The customer acknowledges that the voice recording provided by Centracom is a value added feature and will only archive recorded calls for a period of 30 days

VOICE RECORDING. I (We) acknowledge that the Bank may use electronic voice recording procedures in connection with the Bank’s business ICICI Bank Limited, Shanghai Branch – General Commercial Agreement 16 activities and consent to any such recording of telephone conversations between me (us) and the Bank made in the course of business. Should the Bank make or keep any records of such telephone conversations such records will be the Bank’s sole property and will be conclusive evidence of any such telephone conversation and the subject matter thereof. I (We) consent to the use of such recording as evidence in the event of a dispute. Subject to applicable laws nothing in this Clause 29 shall obligate the Bank to make any such recordings or keep any such records.
VOICE RECORDING. You authorise us to use telephone recording procedures in receiving instructions, when giving investment advice or otherwise. We may record and monitor telephone conversations (and other Communications) between you and us for the purpose of evidencing instructions, quality control, performance of our systems and as required by applicable law, rule and regulation and Relevant Regulatory Requirements. Our voice records will be accepted by you as conclusive evidence of the instructions or conversations recorded.
VOICE RECORDING. ENA may provide Client with the ability to record voice calls placed via the Services. Client is solely responsible for notifying those using the Services that the calls may be recorded, and will comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding (i) such notification and (ii) the recording of any voice conversations. To the extent permitted by the Constitution and the laws of the state where the Customer resides, Client will indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ENA for any claims, damages, liabilities or costs (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from a claim resulting from the recording by Client of any voice conversations on the Services
VOICE RECORDING. 24.1. The customer acknowledges that the voice recording provided by ESAPARTNER is a value added feature and will only archive recorded calls for a period of 30 days
VOICE RECORDING. 2.3.5.2.1 The usage fees as stipulated in S13.2 will apply only for the duration specified in S12.2.
VOICE RECORDING. Schwab may record telephone calls with Fund Parties’ agents and other authorized persons without providing further notice to Fund Parties or their agents that such calls are being recorded, consistent with industry standard practices between like parties, and Schwab acknowledges that Fund Parties may also record telephone calls with Sxxxxx’x authorized representatives without further notice that such calls are being recorded. By signing this Agreement, each party consents to any such recording of telephone calls and agrees to notify its agents of the foregoing.
