Common use of Voice Equipment Clause in Contracts

Voice Equipment. Customer is solely responsible for installation and maintenance of its equipment (phone system) and for any modifications, upgrades, or physical movement of such equipment, including installation of additional equipment. Customer is solely responsible for implementing such configurations on its equipment. Customer shall provide Syringa Networks advance written notice of any modification, upgrade, or replacement of Customer’s equipment not less than ninety (90) days prior to any such modification, upgrade or replacement. Any equipment, including IP phone sets, that is owned and installed by Syringa Networks for provision of the Voice Services, will be maintained by Syringa Networks. Exhibit C 5.9.17
