Voice and Data. The cost of equipment (including associated maintenance), supplies and services used for communicating to and from the Participants, or their agents, the Fund's transfer agent, other Fund offices, and other agents of either the Fund or RPS. These charges shall include: o telephone toll charges (both incoming and outgoing, local, long distance and mailgrams); and o data and telephone lines and associated equipment such as modems, multiplexers, and facsimile equipment.

A new tenant occupying this space may maintain the voice and data connections in Lessee’s server room with required equipment (switches, router, etc.) or may relocate these connections at the new tenant’s expense. Access to Lessee’s server room will be granted as needed to the new tenant to complete the work and perform maintenance.

Raymarine shall be entitled to payment of 10% of the amounts collected at the Base Rate by RK in connection with the provision of Voice Services to Raymarine GEO Customers and 15% of the amounts collected at the Base Rate by RK in connection with the provision of Data Services to Raymarine GEO Mobile Customers.

Voice and Data. Sub-subtenant shall be allowed to use and reconfigure the existing voice and data network wiring during the term of the Sub-sublease. To the best of Sub-sublandlord’s knowledge, the voice and data wiring are in good and operable condition. Sub-subtenant shall be responsible for any and all repairs and maintenance associated with such wiring and systems that affect the Premises throughout the term of this Sub-sublease.

County shall contract directly for the installation and maintenance of its voice and data systems and a telecommunications service provider for all phone, internet and network services, including the use of the roof of each Building. County and Landlord shall coordinate during the period of Landlord’s Work to determine if voice and data installation should take place during this time. Landlord shall have reasonable approval rights for wiring installation.
