Visits by Union Representatives. The Employer agrees that accredited representatives of the American Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees, AFL-CIO, whether Local Union representatives, Council representatives or International representatives, upon proper introduction to the department head shall have access to the premises of the Employer at any time during working hours, so long as it does not interfere with the employee's work performance.
