Visa Debit Cards. Digital wallets If a card is used through a digital wallet, the same terms apply as if the card was used as a card without the digital wallet. We do not provide services related to the digital wallet, these are done so by other providers (such as Apple and Google). Our obligation to you in relation to a digital wallet is limited to securely providing information to other providers (such as Apple or Google) in order to allow you to use your card through a digital wallet on a mobile device. You should always read the terms and privacy policy of a digital wallet provider, and make sure they are credible. Visa Debit Cards. Additional Limits on Liability for loss or theft. Unless you have been negligent or have engaged in fraud, you will not be liable for any unauthorized transactions using your lost or stolen Visa card. This additional limit on liability does not apply to ATM transactions outside of the U.S., to ATM transactions not sent over Visa or Plus networks, or to transactions using your Personal Identification Number which are not processed by Visa. Visa Debit Cards. If you have a Visa Debit Card (“Visa Card”), you may use it to make purchases at merchants that accept Visa, and to obtain cash at ATMs displaying the Star or Plus logos. The Visa Card system works on a seven-day calendar week. Each day runs from 3:00 P.M. (EST) to 3:00 P.M. (EST) the following day. Provided that there are sufficient funds available in your account, you may withdraw up to $1,300 of cash; process $2,500 in purchases; and $200 in cash back transactions (in conjunction with purchases) per day. Alpine may change these limits in its sole discretion and without prior notice to you. In addition, merchants and ATM machines not owned or controlled by Alpine may have lower limits. There are no annual, monthly or transaction fees for the usage of your Visa Card. There may be a financial institution fee for obtaining a cash advance. The amount of any charge will be debited automatically from your account. Visa Debit Cards. If Your Card is a VISA Debit Card, in addition to Your ATM withdrawals as described above, You may also conduct POS (purchase) transactions. The daily limits for purchases with Your Visa Debit Card are determined by the length of time You have been a member. For the first six months of Your SFCU membership the daily purchase limit on Your card will be $1,000.00. After six months of membership, the daily purchase limit on Your card may be increased to $2,000.00. We may, at Our discretion, decrease Your purchase limit to $1,000.00, or to any lesser amount, if Your card becomes inactive or Your account does not remain in good standing. For example, if You have not used Your Visa Debit Card for 12 months or more, We will not raise Your purchase limit to $2,000.00. Us to put a hold on the Account for the amount of the authorization requested (which may be more than the amount of the transaction). You authorize Us to hold the funds for the authorized amount for up to three business days. Visa Debit Cards. As a condition of opening certain checking accounts, you agree that we may automatically issue you a United Local Credit Union Visa debit card. However, you are not required to activate the debit card to keep your checking account open. You understand that a debit card is not a credit card and does not provide “credit” which means that you may not defer payment of debit card transactions. You can use your Visa debit card as follows: Participating Network Transactions: • Withdraw cash from your savings and checking accounts • Balance inquiries on your savings and checking accounts ATM Transactions at United Local Credit Union Proprietary ATMs (those owned and operated by United Local Credit Union): • Deposit cash or checks to your savings or checking accounts • Withdraw cash from your savings or checking accounts • Transfer funds between your savings and checking accounts • Check your balances on your savings and checking accounts Some of these services may not be available at all United Local Credit Union ATMs. Also, ATM services may be limited on certain ATMs which we do not own (non-proprietary), such as, for example, withdrawal limits. You can use your Visa debit card at participating merchants to: • Purchase goods and services at places that accept Visa debit cards. Purchases are debited from your checking account. If you have arranged with a merchant to make recurring payments, you must notify the merchant if your debit card number or expiration date has changed or your debit card is closed. • Withdraw cash while making a purchase using your PIN if the merchant permits the cash-back option. Visa Debit Cards. A Visa® debit card is available only to customers with checking accounts. A Visa® debit card lets you access your checking account by using the card, without writing a check. This Section E applies to all transactions for which you use Visa® debit card. When you sign your card and each time you use it, you agree to be bound by this Section E as amended from time to time. If you choose to have a Visa® debit card for your account rather than a Passcard, you will be provided with one or more Visa® debit cards for your account, and you will choose a Personal Identification Number (PIN). A Visa® debit card is for use only by the person named on the card and is non- transferrable. When your Visa® debit card expires, we may automatically issue you a new Visa® debit card. If we do not automatically issue a new Visa® debit card, you may request one. Your card must never be given to any other person. Your PIN must never be disclosed to any other person, and should not be written on the plastic card or carried with the card such as in a wallet. If you obtain a Visa® debit card, you will not be provided a Passcard for the applicable account. Use of your Visa® debit card together with your PIN shall have the same effect as your signature for authorizing transactions on your account. The Visa® debit card issued to you is property of the Bank. In our sole discretion, we may revoke or restrict your use of any Visa® debit card without notice. If we demand it, you will return your Visa® debit card to us. By signing, using or permitting another to use your Visa® debit card, you are agreeing to the card’s terms and conditions, including fees, charges and transaction limits.

At the present time, you may also use your Card to: • Make deposits to your share savings and checking accounts. • Transfer funds from your share savings and checking accounts. • Obtain balance information for your share savings and checking accounts. • Make certain loan payments from your share savings and checking accounts. • Access your Personal Line of Credit account. • Make POS (Point-of-Sale) transactions with your Card and PIN (Personal Identification Number) to purchase goods or services at merchants that accept Visa. • Order goods or services by mail, Internet or telephone from places that accept Visa. • Some functions may be limited at non-proprietary ATMs; features may be limited to POS only, according to merchant. • Withdraw funds from your share savings and checking accounts. The following limitations on the frequency and amount of Visa Debit Card transactions may apply: • You may make 15 Debit Card purchases per day. • You may purchase up to a maximum of $3,500.00 per day. • You may make 15 cash withdrawals in any one (1) day from an ATM machine. • You may withdraw up to a maximum of $500.00 in any one (1) day from an ATM machine, if there are sufficient funds in your account. • You may make 15 POS transactions in any one (1) day. • You may purchase up to a maximum of $3,500.00 from POS terminals per day, if there are sufficient funds in your account. • You may transfer up to the available balance in your accounts at the time of the transfer. • If you incur a charge in a currency other than U.S. dollars, the charge will be converted into the US dollar amount. Please see the Foreign Transactions section below. Also, transactions in certain countries may be blocked and will require a manual or verbal authorization for approval. Please check with us prior to departure to determine if your destination country is atfected. However, the right to deny such transactions is within our sole discretion and atfected countries may change at any time.

You may not transfer more than the available balance. • See the Section called “Transfer Limitations” for transfer limitations that may apply to these transactions. • There are daily withdrawal and purchase limits. You will be notified of these limits by the credit union before you receive your access card.

  • Credit Card If you choose to pay by credit card, you will be prompted to provide your credit card information and will be presented with a screen that reflects the amount of your subscription, the amount of fees that would be charged by the credit card issuer for the transaction and the total amount payable.

  • Credit Card Payments If You pay for the APEX Service using a credit card (to the extent available), then: (a) You authorize Dell to periodically charge Your credit card for the APEX Service fees; (b) You will be subject to any additional terms presented to You by the third-party credit card payment processor (which will be the merchant of record for that transaction); and (c) You are responsible for keeping Your credit card information up to date. You agree that Dell may request that Your credit card payment issuer pre-authorize and hold an amount equal to the next recurring fee (or an estimate if the fee is variable) for the APEX Service in advance of its due date.

  • Client Accounts 17.1 It is agreed and understood that the types of the different Client Accounts offered by the Company and the characteristics of such Client Accounts are found on the Website and are subject to change at the Company’s discretion and according to paragraph 43 hereunder.

However, you may not use your card to initiate any type of gambling transaction. Services and fees for overdrafts are shown in the document the Credit Union uses to capture the member’s opt-in choice for overdraft protection and the Schedule of Fees and Charges. For other types of transactions, if the balance in your account is not sufficient to pay the transaction amount, the Credit Union may pay the amount and treat the transaction as a request to transfer funds from other deposit accounts, approved overdraft protection accounts, or loan accounts that you have established with the Credit Union. To initiate a Visa debit transaction, you may sign a receipt, provide a card number, or swipe or insert your card at a point-of-sale (POS) terminal and choose to route the transaction over a Visa network. At the present time, you may also use your card to: - Make deposits to your savings and checking accounts. - Withdraw funds from your savings and checking accounts. - Transfer funds from your savings and checking accounts. - Obtain balance information for your savings and checking accounts. - Make point-of-sale (POS) transactions with your card and personal identification number (PIN) to purchase goods or services at merchants that accept Visa. - Order goods or services by mail or telephone from places that accept Visa. The following limitations on Visa Check Card transactions may apply: - There is no limit on the number of Visa Check Card purchases you make per day. - Purchase amounts are limited to the amount in your account. - You may purchase up to a maximum of $2,000.00 per day. - There is no limit to the number of cash withdrawals you may make in any one (1) day from an ATM machine. - You may withdraw up to a maximum of $500.00 in any one (1) day from an ATM machine, if there are sufficient funds in your account. - There is no limit on the number of POS transactions you may make in any one (1) day. - You may purchase up to a maximum of $2,000.00 from POS terminals per day, if there are sufficient funds in your account. - For security purposes, there are other limits on the frequency and amount of transfers available at ATMs. - You may transfer up to the available balance in your accounts at the time of the transfer. - See Section 2 for transfer limitations that may apply to these transactions.

  • Mastercard Purchases and cash withdrawals made in foreign currencies will be debited from your account in U.S. dollars. The exchange rate used to convert foreign currency transactions to U.S. dollars is either a government-mandated exchange rate or a wholesale exchange rate and is selected by MasterCard. The rate MasterCard uses for a particular transaction is the rate MasterCard selects for the applicable currency on the day the transaction is processed. This rate may differ from the rate applicable on the date the transaction occurred or was posted to your account. A fee of up to 1.00% will be charged on all transactions completed outside of the United States, where the cardholder’s country code differs from the merchant’s country code. All fees are calculated based on the transaction amount after it is converted to U.S. dollars. These fees are charged except where excluded.
