VISA DEBIT CARD TRANSACTIONS. You may use Your Card and PIN in any of Our network of ATMs and such other machines or facilities as We may designate, to: (a) deposit cash and checks to Your Account(s); (b) withdraw cash from Your primary share and share draft Account(s), not to exceed the available funds in Your Account (primary share and share draft combined); (c) transfer funds between Your primary share and share draft Account(s); and (d) make balance inquiries on Your primary share and share draft Account(s) with Us. For security reasons there are limits on the number of transactions and cash withdrawals that may be processed each day. ATM withdrawals may not exceed $500.00 per calendar day (savings and checking combined), subject to the available funds in Your Account(s). You may also use Your Card in conjunction with Your PIN to purchase goods and services ("POS") at any business establishment where the Card is accepted, not to exceed $2,500.00 per day (savings and checking combined), subject to the available funds in Your Account.

Funds are sent securely via email or text message within a notification containing payment link information. NOTE: The card option for receiving funds may not be available for all recipients.

If you have authorized HFS access, for which we have issued a PIN, you may log onto our HFS system to process the following transactions: •Transfers between your “asset accounts” in the Credit Union (excluding XXX, escrow, and certificate accounts); •Transfers from your “asset accounts” (except XXX, escrow, and certificate accounts), to your loan accounts in the Credit Union (except mortgages); •Transfers from your line-of-credit loan accounts (i.e. Visa, Personal Pocketbook or Home Equity) to your “asset accounts” (except XXX, escrow, and certificate accounts); •Transfers from your “asset accounts” (except XXX, escrow, and certificate accounts), or line-of-credit loan accounts (i.e. Visa, Personal Pocketbook or Home Equity) to another member account at the Credit Union, which you have previously authorized; •Balance inquiries, account histories and other account information on your asset and loan accounts*; •Download account information into certain personal financial management software packages*; •Send an e-mail message to us to place an order for an additional supply of checks, place a stop payment on a check or range of checks, and perform certain other calculations*. VISA DEBIT CARD TRANSACTIONS. At the present time, You may use Your Card in conjunction with Your PIN to make unlimited deposits of cash and checks to Your share and share draft Account(s) in any of Our ATMs and such other machines or facilities as We may designate. You may also use Your Card and PIN in any of Our network of ATMs and such other machines or facilities as We may designate to: (a) withdraw cash from Your share draft Account, not to exceed $200.00 per day (share, share draft and line of credit combined), provided there are available funds in Your Account; and (b) obtain balance information on Your share draft Account. Additionally, You may use Your Card and PIN to purchase goods and services ("POS") at any business establishment where the Card is accepted, not to exceed $200.00 per day (from Your share draft Account), provided there are available funds in Your Account.
VISA DEBIT CARD TRANSACTIONS. If approved, you may use your Card to purchase goods and services from participating merchants. However, you may not use your Card to initiate any type of gambling transaction. If you wish to pay for goods or services over the Internet, you may be required to provide your card number and security information before you will be permitted to complete the transaction. You agree that you will not use your Card for any transaction that is illegal under applicable federal, state, or local law. Any Card transactions you make may result in funds held in your account to cover such authorized transactions. Once you authorize a Card transaction, you cannot stop or attempt to stop payment. Funds to cover your Card purchases will be deducted from your checking account. If the balance in your account is not sufficient to pay the transaction amount, the Credit Union will attempt to pay the amount and treat the transaction as a request to transfer funds from other deposit accounts, approved overdraft protection accounts or loan accounts that you may have established with the Credit Union. If you initiate a transaction that overdraws your account, you agree to make immediate payment of the overdrawn amount including any service charges. In the event of repeated overdrafts, the Credit Union may terminate all services under this Agreement. At the present time, you may also use your Debit Card to:  Perform transactions listed in the “ATM Transactions Made with a HAPO ATM Card or HAPO Debit Card” section of this Agreement.  Make up to twenty (20) Visa Debit Card purchases in a twenty-four (24) hour period. o Daily transaction totals including purchases at participating merchants, POS (Point of Sale) terminals, and ATM transactions, are limited to $10,000.

  • Card Transactions (a) Card Network Rules. When accepting payment card Transactions, you must comply with all applicable Card Network Rules, including the Visa Rules specified by Visa, the Mastercard Rules specified by Mastercard, and the Card Network Rules specified by American Express. Each Card Network may amend its Card Network Rules at any time without notice to you.

  • ACH transactions For ATM and one-time debit card transactions, you must affirmatively consent to such coverage. Without your consent, the Credit Union may not authorize and pay an ATM or one-time debit card transaction that will result in insufficient funds in your account. If you have established a service linking your share or deposit account with other individual or joint accounts, you authorize us to transfer funds from other another account of yours to cover an insufficient item, including transfers from a share or deposit account, an overdraft line-of-credit account, or other account you so designate. Services and fees for these transactions are shown in the document the Credit Union uses to capture your affirmative consent and the Schedule of Fees and Charges. Except as otherwise agreed in writing, if we exercise our right to use our discretion to pay such items that result in an insufficiency of funds in your account, we do not agree to pay them in the future and may discontinue coverage at any time without notice. If we pay these items or impose a fee that results in insufficient funds in your account, you agree to pay the insufficient amount, including the fee assessed by us, in accordance with our standard overdraft services or any other service you may have authorized with us, or if you do not have such protections with us, in accordance with any overdraft payment policy we have, as applicable.

  • Credit Card Payments If You pay for the APEX Service using a credit card (to the extent available), then: (a) You authorize Dell to periodically charge Your credit card for the APEX Service fees; (b) You will be subject to any additional terms presented to You by the third-party credit card payment processor (which will be the merchant of record for that transaction); and (c) You are responsible for keeping Your credit card information up to date. You agree that Dell may request that Your credit card payment issuer pre-authorize and hold an amount equal to the next recurring fee (or an estimate if the fee is variable) for the APEX Service in advance of its due date.

  • Liability for all card transactions Subject to clause 9.3, you are liable for all card transactions effected by the use of the card at an ATM whether with or without your knowledge or authority, save in the case of our or our employees’ fraud, gross negligence or wilful default.

  • International ACH Transactions You understand that in the event an International ACH Transaction (“IAT”) Entry that is transmitted to or from any of your accounts is identified and designated by the Credit Union’s screening criteria for review and examination under the OFAC Rules and Regulations (“OFAC Rules”). The settlement of such an IAT Entry may be delayed or suspended pending the Credit Union’s review of the IAT Entry, and may be terminated under applicable OFAC Rules. You acknowledge that we may be required to place an indefinite hold on the funds covered by the IAT Entry if the IAT Entry is required to be terminated under the OFAC Rules. You agree that any delay described above will be a permissible delay under the regulations applicable to the availability of funds held in deposit accounts. In the event an IAT Entry is delayed or terminated, we will provide you such notice as may be required by applicable laws and regulations.

  • OVERSEAS TRANSACTIONS 13.1 The Cardmember may use the Credit Card outside Malaysia where there are Authorised Merchants and/or Authorised Cash Outlets.

  • Qualified Credit Card Issuer A UK Financial Institution satisfying the following criteria:

  • Accounts Excluded from Financial Accounts The following accounts are excluded from the definition of Financial Accounts and therefore shall not be treated as U.S. Reportable Accounts.

  • Credit Card Authorization TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, YOU IRREVOCABLY AND UNCONDITIONALLY AUTHORIZE XXXXXXX TO CHARGE ALL AMOUNTS DUE UNDER THIS AGREEMENT TO ANY CREDIT CARD YOU PROVIDE TO US, AND YOU AGREE TO INDEMNIFY, DEFEND AND HOLD HARMLESS XXXXXXX WITH RESPECT TO THE SAME.
