Virtual Cards. A “Virtual Card” consists of a 16-digit account number, a 3-digit security code, and an expiration date, linked to the funds in your Account. These Virtual Cards can be used to purchase goods or services or make payments online or by phone without presenting your physical Oxygen Visa Debit Card number. The Virtual Cards can be temporary or re-usable, but in any case, expire one year from the last day of the calendar month during which the Virtual Account was created. When you use your Virtual Card, the legal effect will be the same as if you used the physical Oxygen Visa Debit Card itself. Transaction Type Frequency and/or Dollar Limits Virtual Card No more than 30 Virtual Cards at a time; and Up to $2,500.00 per Virtual Card* *The same transaction limitations as stated above for transaction type Card Purchase (Signature) in Section D.4 “Cash Access and Transaction Limitations” apply to Virtual Cards.

Virtual Cards. We may issue you one or more virtual cards represented by a 16-digit account number (“Virtual Card”) in addition to your Card. The Virtual Card may either be single-use, meaning the 16-digit account number will expire after a single transaction, or recurring-use, meaning you may use your 16-digit account number for multiple transactions. You may not use your Virtual Card to obtain cash.
Virtual Cards. Subject to availability and any rules we or a Network may issue, Bank may at Company’s request and at our option issue a Card number without a tangible Card, called a “Virtual Card.” Virtual Cards may be limited to one-time use, have specific dollar limits, be limited to use at merchants of a certain type or usable only on or within certain dates, or otherwise subject to limited uses. Company agrees to observe any special procedures for the issuance, use or security of Virtual Cards. We make no representations or warranties that Virtual Cards can only be used within the limitations you request. Virtual Cards are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We are not liable for any errors associated with the use of Virtual Cards, including invalid, inaccurate, or unauthorized payments due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Virtual Cards. Virtual Card details should be accessed from the Dashboard only. Should you use the API to retrieve Virtual Card details, or if Virtual Card information is exported from the Dashboard, you must store details in an encrypted manner. You may be considered a service provider (as defined in the PCI-DSS) if you are generating Virtual Cards on behalf of others, such as your users. Service providers must achieve and maintain PCI-DSS compliance. If you are generating Virtual Cards for your own use, or for others in your organization to use, your organization may not be required to attain PCI-DSS compliance for issuing activity, but you remain responsible for securely storing Virtual Card details. Unauthorized transactions on Virtual Cards may not have dispute rights in certain circumstances.
Virtual Cards. If Customer is approved for a virtual card account (“VCA”) and elects to use such VCA, BirchStreet or TPP will establish a credit limit for each VCA and allow Customer to make purchases on credit through virtual cards up to a certain amount within a specific repayment period as set forth herein (as it may be modified by BirchStreet from time to time, the “Payment Term”). BirchStreet or TPP, in their sole respective discretions, shall be responsible for determining the amount of any such credit limit, according to their underwriting criteria and other relevant factors. Not all Customers will be eligible, and BirchStreet reserves the right to reject a Customer, or to revoke, limit, reduce or increase a credit limit in their sole respective discretions. Any credit limit established for a Customer will be subject to periodic review and adjustment by BirchStreet or TPP. BirchStreet shall communicate the initial amount and Payment Term of any approved credit limit to Customer at the time Customer’s VCA is approved or activated, subject to modification as noted above. Existing credit limits and approved Payment Terms and manner of payment are a part of these terms and conditions and incorporated herein, subject to modification as noted above. BirchStreet will invoice the Customer for purchases made using virtual cards according to the Payment Term and credit limit determined by BirchStreet for Customer’s VCA. Customer shall designate a deposit account for the repayment of virtual card transactions (the “Customer VC Bank Account”)[, which unless otherwise expressly agreed shall be the same as the DDA]. Customer must ensure it has at all times sufficient funds in its Customer VC Bank Account to cover the amounts due on any given day according to the repayment terms for the Customer’s VCA. In all cases, Customer will be required to ensure its unpaid balance, including all pending or unbilled transactions, fees, and other charges on the VCA, does not exceed the established credit limit. BirchStreet may require immediate payment of outstanding amounts, suspend further virtual card use, and/or impose additional fees, if Customer exceeds its credit limits or fails to make full or timely payment on any amounts owed. Customer agrees to pay the reasonable costs of collection efforts undertaken with respect to any delinquent amounts payable by Customer or with respect to Services provided hereunder.   • CUSTOMER SERVICE ACCESS The Competitive Supplier agrees to provide, or cause to be provided, certain customer services to Participating Consumers. Such services shall be reasonably accessible to all Participating Consumers, shall be available during normal working hours, shall allow Participating Consumers to transact business they may have with the Competitive Supplier, and shall serve as a communications liaison among the Competitive Supplier, the Town, and the Local Distributor. A toll-free telephone number will be established by Competitive Supplier and be available for Participating Consumers to contact Competitive Supplier during normal business hours (9:00 A.M. - 5:00 P.M. Eastern Standard Time, Monday through Friday) to resolve concerns, answer questions and transact business with respect to the service received from Competitive Supplier. The Town will post program-related information on the Town’s website which will be available to Participating Consumers for general information, product and service information, and other purposes.

  • Service Activation For new customers - the services are activated immediately after successful processing of payment and our fraud detection software approves the order. The payment verification procedure is obligatory and if we fail to approve a transaction within 48 hours of the payment submission, the funds will be credited back to the payer and the order will be cancelled. Free Trials - All free trial orders are manually processed. If we deem your order to be suspicious or high risk, we will notify you and request additional information before process the order. Failure to comply with our request for more information will result in cancellation of the order. For existing customers - the services for existing customers, including upgrade services and renewals, are activated immediately after our Sales Department receives the according service payment.
