Violence Policies and Procedures. The Employer agrees to develop in consultation with the JHSC formalized explicit policies and procedures to deal with violence. The policy will address the prevention of workplace violence, the management of violent situations, and support to employees who have faced violence. The policy and procedures shall be part of the employee's health and safety policy and written copies shall be provided to each employee at time of hire.
