Violations of Rules and Regulations. The resident must follow all of the University’s rules and regulations (as set forth in the Student Conduct Code, Course Catalogue, and other University publications) and all local, state and federal laws. If the resident violates any of the University’s rules and regulations and/or any local, state, or federal law, then, in the sole non-grievable discretion of the University, this RLA may be terminated by the Director of Residence Life and First Year Experience or designee. If the University terminates this RLA under this Section, then the resident shall (i) pay the full amount of rent through the remainder of the term of the RLA, and (ii) pay any and all cleaning and damage fees resulting from the resident’s occupancy of the residence.

Violations of Rules and Regulations. If the alleged offense is a violation of the MLS Rules and Regulations and does not involve a charge of alleged unethical conduct or request for arbitration, it may be administratively considered by the Multiple Listing Steering Committee, and if a violation is determined, the Committee may direct the imposition of sanction, as presented in the Fine Schedule, provided the recipient of such sanction may request an administrative review, or a full hearing before the Professional Standards Committee of the Association in accordance with the Bylaws and Rules and Regulations of the Association within twenty (20) days following receipt of the Committee's decision, in accordance with the procedures set forth in the Code of Ethics and Arbitration Manual. If, rather than conducting an administrative review, the Multiple Listing Steering Committee has a procedure established to conduct hearings, the decision of the Multiple Listing Steering Committee may be appealed to the Board of Directors of the Association within twenty (20) days of the tribunal’s decision being rendered. Alleged violations involving unethical conduct shall be referred to the Association’s Grievance Committee for processing in accordance with the Professional Standards procedures of the Association. If the charge alleges a refusal to arbitrate, such charge shall be referred directly to the Board of Directors of the Association.

This provision shall not constitute a waiver of any other conditions of this Agreement prohibiting or limiting assignments or subcontracting.

Violations of Rules and Regulations. The following behaviors will be deemed as unfavorable acts per Program policy, and will result in an automatic dismissal from the Program. These behaviors include but are not limited to: ● Possession or consumption of illegal drugs or substances including marijuana, alcohol, and any vaporizer or vape-related product, e-cigarette, or any vaporizer/vape paraphernalia ● Violent and/or dangerous actions that pose a threat to oneself or others ● The non-consensual use or distribution of program and course materials as well as university/instructor intellectual property ● Hazing, harassment, bullying (in-person, in groups, cyber-bullying or using social media) or intimidation of others (see Harassment, Hazing, Intimidation and/or Bullying policy above in Program Regulations section) ● Possession or use of weapons and dangerous devices including knives, BB guns, etc. ● Engaging in sexual activitySexual violence, harassment and/or assault ● Taking and/or sharing sexually explicit images and other media The following behaviors will be deemed as unfavorable acts per Program policy, and will result in potential dismissal from the Program. These behaviors include but are not limited to: ● Providing access to program courses/activities to non-UConn Pre-College Summer participants ● The use of computer resources and technology for inappropriate purposes as deemed by the Program staff ● Continually impeding the learning of others, interrupting instructors and facilitators, and/or disrupting shared program spaces during social programs and Program workshops ● Unexcused class or workshop absences ● The destruction of any university property, including the theft of intellectual property through the non-consensual recording, photographing, screen-grabbing, and downloading of program files and resources ● Disorderly conduct as deemed inappropriate by the Program staff ● Disrespectful conduct and unwillingness to follow directions during any event/activity sponsored by the Program ● Verbal aggression and/or threats towards participants, staff, or others CONSENT TO PHOTOGRAPHY I, the parent/guardian, authorize the University and its partners to take, use or distribute any photographs, videos, audiotapes, or any other medium that may be collected during my child/xxxx’x participation in the Program.
