VIOLATION OF ADDENDUM. Violation of this Addendum shall be deemed a material violation under the terms of the Lease, and Landlord shall be entitled to exercise all rights and remedies it possesses against Tenant whatsoever, including the termination of the Lease.

VIOLATION OF ADDENDUM. IF GUEST(S) FAIL TO COMPLY WITH THIS ADDENDUM, Guest(s) can be held responsible for property damage to the dwelling and any health problems that may result. Noncompliance includes but is not limited to Guest(s) failure to notify Owner of any mold, mildew or moisture problems immediately IN WRITING. Violation shall be deemed a material violation under the terms of the guest reservation, and owner shall be entitled to exercise all rights and remedies it possesses against GUEST(S) at law or in equity and GUEST(S) shall be liable to Owner for damages sustained to the reserved Premises. GUEST(S) shall hold Owner harmless for damage or injury to person or property in the event of any litigation or claims concerning injury, damage or harm suffered due to mold or mildew. PARTIES: THIS ADDENDUM IS BETWEEN THE GUEST(S) AND OWNER AND MANAGING THE PREMISES. THIS ADDENDUM IS IN ADDITION TO AND MADE PART OF THE GUEST RESERVATION AGREEMENT AND IN THE EVENT THERE IS ANY CONFLICT BETWEEN THE GUEST RESERVATION AND THIS ADDENDUM, THE PROVISIONS OF THIS ADDENDUM SHALL GOVERN. Noncompliance includes, but is not limited to, Resident’s failure to notify immediately management in writing of any mold, mildew or moisture problems. A default under the terms of this Addendum shall be deemed a material default under the terms of the Lease, and Owner shall be entitled to exercise all rights and remedies at law or in equity. Resident shall indemnify and hold Owner and Owner’s agents harmless from and against all damages and injuries to person or property as a result of Resident’s failure to comply with the terms of this Addendum.
