Video Surveillance System. The information of the video surveillance camera recordings shall have a backup of no less than sixty (60) Calendar Days. The CONCESSIONAIRE shall store the video recordings in accessible electromagnetic systems, in the area provided by XXXX, in order to have access to their review if necessary or when requested by the GRANTOR or Supervisor.
Video Surveillance System.  6 Camera video surveillance input capability, housed within a ruggedised protective case with a tough exterior, to facilitate fitting and removal from the vehicle as necessary;  All 6 camera inputs must have buffered video outputs provided on a patch panel to allow system re-configuration;  The system will provide on-screen display of camera selection, memory status and playback/review speed;  The ruggedised case will also contain a single channel digital video recorder, providing a limited choice of recording formats, recording to an internal minimum 120GB hard drive, with the capability to burn all, or operator selectable events, such as Alarms or video over a specific time period to an integral DVD burner. It will be possible for the operator to review recordings made on the hard drive without effecting the information being recorded;  All DVR adjustments and reviewing shall be provided by the use of a colour touch screen, mounted separate to the DVR/DVD Burner using a user friendly GUI. It must be possible for the operator to review recordings made on the hard drive without affecting the information being recorded;  To allow future upgrade capability, the DVR will be Ethernet enabled, to facilitate the use of the equipment with 3G/4G egress equipment;  Power for the system will be provided from an independent auxiliary vehicle boot mounted 210A/h battery, providing a minimum of 48 hours unmanned operation;  The auxiliary battery will be provided with both mains and split charging systems with fail safe protection, to avoid driving the vehicle while on mains charging. When connected to the mains, the vehicle battery will also be maintained by a battery optimizer;  Supply and install a 3G/4G bolt-on package.
Video Surveillance System. The Tenant may choose to install in-suite video surveillance systems at the Tenant’s own responsibility and cost. The base building video surveillance system is provided at critical common entry areas on the first floor. Forensic incident information in those areas may be obtained when requested through Property Management. See base building security drawings for reference. Additional Tenant-installed exterior surveillance is subject to Landlord written approval.

Video Surveillance System. The Trolley shall be equipped with a video surveillance system that is fully compatible and component exchangeable with the prevailing system currently in use at Pace. There shall be no less than 8 cameras and associated wiring provisions to allow continuous monitoring of the interior and exterior for purposes of safety and security. The Digital Recording Device (DRD) must be capable of recording up to 8 high resolution color cameras simultaneously. Systems that require a camera switcher or external multiplexer to achieve the video input specifications will not be considered. The DVR must be capable of recording audio. The DVR must utilize a Removable Hard Drive for retrieving recorded video. The removable hard drive must be housed in a shock resistant casing that may be quickly removed to allow video to be played back at a PC workstation. Hard drive removal keys are a security item and shall be treated as such. Keys shall not be left in the unit during construction, keys shall be shipped to Pace under separate cover. The DVR must utilize a Remote LCD system display that provides system status. A panic/event button will be installed to allow the driver to tag events. The system shall include a sensor that shall tag and record any impacts or hard braking. The system shall include multiple inputs for recording brakes, turn signals, headlamps and door activation. Video recorded in AVI, MOV, MPEG, JPEG, and MJPEG formats is not acceptable. All recorded data must be digitally watermarked for authentication purposes and to prevent tampering, and recorded in a format that is not recognized by off the shelf media player software, (This ensures integrity of the data and courtroom admissibility). The DVR must be capable of interfacing with a GPS receiver to provide GPS Longitude, GPS Latitude, GPS Heading, and GPS speed at all times. The system module shall be located in a secured, sealed compartment with adequate provisions for easy removal/replacement of hard drive for downloading of recorded information. The Company acknowledges that each of the Underwriters is a full service securities firm and as such from time to time, subject to applicable securities laws, may effect transactions for its own account or the account of its customers and hold long or short positions in debt or equity securities of the companies that may be the subject of the transactions contemplated by this Agreement.
