Video Streaming. 21.1 You agree and acknowledge that live or recorded audio-visual coverage of racing from races run at UK and Irish racecourse by Attheraces Limited may be made available on the Website from time to time by us (“Live Streaming”). You agree that we can notify Attheraces Limited in the event of any breach of your obligations in relation to this Agreement, at our discretion, including your infringement of any IP Rights in the Live Streaming.
Video Streaming. The Video/Audio recording is integrated into the live meeting module and allows the video to be easily started, items to be timestamped, and video to be embedded into the public portal and legislative history. All of this is from within the same interface used for running the meeting. The live stream and on-demand recordings are managed through YouTube’s powerful distribution platform. One of the advantages to using YouTube is that they provide a free audio-translation component that can be used for closed captions. The Client will need an encoder to stream, but all existing cameras, microphones, etc. will work.
Video Streaming. Video streaming offers a better solution as compared to pre-download a video file: prerecorded or live video starts playing almost immediately, does not take up any permanent storage, and can be made available/unavailable as needed. However, streaming video is much harder on the network. The typical way that video is delivered is through a continuous sequence of small HTTP downloads. Under perfect conditions, the video is transferred over the network at exactly the same rate as it is played back. If the network cannot keep up with video playback, the player usually switches to a lower bandwidth / lower quality version of the video stream. But lack of raw bandwidth is rarely a problem: a reasonable video quality can be achieved at rates of one or two megabits per second. The real challenges with streaming video are packet loss and excessive buffering. In some cases network performance can be poor (due to other applications concurrently imposing load on the network), such that new data does not arrive before the buffer is empty, and then the video has to pause while the player waits for more data. To avoid having to pause again very quickly, the application first fills up its buffer again before it resumes playing. Some applications indicate that they are “re buffering” at this point.
Video Streaming. Eligible content recognized as video will stream in SD (about 480p, max 1.5 Mbps). Ability to stream, video resolution and speed are not guaranteed and are affected by other factors. If two or more tethered devices are watching video from the same source at the same time, we may identify it as a single video and slow the speeds collectively to a max of 1.5 Mbps, which may impair your ability to watch video on these tethered devices. You can pause video on all but one of the tethered devices,or watch video from different sources to resolve this issue. See xxx.xxx/xxxxxxxxxxx for details. For plans that include Stream Saver: You can turn it off any time at xxx.xxx/xxxxx for access to HD video, if available.
Video Streaming. I understand and agree not to use consumer/retail streaming video services in the course of face-to-face instruction or distance learning. I recognize that my school will need to obtain a specific performance license from a movie licensing agency if I wished to show an internet streamed copyrighted video. Otherwise, I will only show videos played from legally purchased physical media (such as DVD or Blu-Ray).
Video Streaming. A goal for CHS is to begin promoting its shows through video streaming methods. CHS and SRS will work together to approach Microsoft, Apple and other video streaming companies with whom SRS has a relationship to promote CHS and SRS products and brands. Demo Reels. CHS and SRS will create two demo reels to showcase CHS productions and SRS technologies and promote the parties’ brands; one reel targeting industry related companies and vendors and the other targeting consumers. Concert DVDs. CHS’ primary business is production of premium quality live concert DVDs. CHS will encode all DVD products with SRS Circle Surround as part of its technology program. CHS will assist SRS in the production (at SRS expense) of an SRS animated logo with SRS Audio. The SRS animated logo will be included in the opening credits of each DVD adjacent to the CHS animated logo, and every DVD will have the CHS and SRS logos prominently displayed for maximum awareness. CHS will not include logo credit or otherwise promote or advertise the use of competing surround sound technologies in connection with its DVDs. CHS and SRS ad slicks or ad cards will be included inside the DVD media case subject to approval of artist and distributor if required (each party will absorb the cost of printing its ad slick or ad card). The parties will work cooperatively to assure that consumers are aware that the reason the productions look and sound the way they do is because of the technology and companies behind them – CHS and SRS. Press Releases. CHS and SRS will issue press releases upon each new release or sales plateau on each of its joint products to bring awareness to the success of the parties’ alliance and brands. These press releases will be geared towards consumers, industry people and the investment banking community. The content of all press releases using the name of either company, or both, shall be subject to the approval of such named company prior to release. Web Sales. SRS will begin to sell CHS/SRS DVDs through its website sharing revenues 50/50 after costs of goods, artists and publishing royalties and fulfillment costs. CHS will use its reasonable best efforts to link the respective CHS and SRS websites to CHS’ various catalog artists websites for maximum exposure.
