Video Player. NeuLion shall operate and host a multimedia video player through which the Content will be streamed to Users that is substantially similar in all material respects, including with respect to appearance and functionality, to the video player available through services that NeuLion provides to NHL as of the Effective Date (the “Video Player”). In particular, the Video Player shall: - A-2 - a) be able to acquire on-demand Content from NHL’s own content management system as well as from NeuLion’s own hosted systems;

Video Player. To the extent the Services include posting video content to an embedded video player, University (i) acknowledges that such content will be accessed by Service Provider through such video player, and (ii) University acknowledges and agrees that any such video content will be subject to separate terms of use of the operator of the video player.

  • Programming (a) Pursuant to Section 624 of the Cable Act, the Licensee shall maintain the mix, quality and broad categories of Programming set forth in Exhibit 4, attached hereto and made a part hereof. For pediatric dental care services, network provider is a dentist that has entered into a contract with us or participates in the Dental Coast to Coast Network. For pediatric vision hardware services, a network provider is a provider that has entered into a contract with EyeMed, our vision care service manager.

  • Platform (i) Each Loan Party agrees that the Administrative Agent may, but shall not be obligated to, make the Communications (as defined below) available to the Lenders by posting the Communications on Debt Domain, Intralinks, Syndtrak or a substantially similar electronic transmission system (the “Platform”).
