Video and Audio Surveillance. (a) Members acknowledge and agree that for security purposes, the Premises have been equipped with video and audio surveillance equipment to monitor the Premises on a 24 hour basis.
Video and Audio Surveillance. The purpose and use of any video and/or audio surveillance is to enhance the safety and security of students and to protect employee and District property. Due process will be afforded to all employees any time video and/or audio surveillance is evidenced in conjunction with a matter that may result in discipline to that employee.
