Common use of Vice President Clause in Contracts

Vice President. In the absence or disability of the President, the Vice Presidents in order of their rank as fixed by the Member or, if not ranked, the Vice President designated by the Member, shall perform all the duties of the President, and when so acting shall have such other powers and perform such other duties as from time to time may be prescribed for them respectively by the Member.

Vice President. In The Vice President, if any, or if there be more than one, the Senior Vice President as determined by the Member, shall in the absence or disability of the President, exercise the Vice Presidents in order of their rank as fixed by the Member or, if not ranked, the Vice President designated by the Member, shall powers and perform all the duties of the President, and when so acting each Vice President shall have exercise such other powers and perform such other duties as from time to time may shall be prescribed for them respectively by the Member.

Vice President. In The Vice President shall, in the absence or disability of the President, the Vice Presidents in order of their rank as fixed by the Member or, if not ranked, the Vice President designated by the Member, shall perform all the duties and exercise the powers of the President, President and when so acting shall have such other powers and perform such other duties as the Board or the President may from time to time prescribe. The Board may designate more than one Vice President, in which case the Vice President shall be prescribed for them respectively by the Memberdesignated as to denote which is most senior in office.

Vice President. If a Vice President or Vice Presidents have been elected, they shall have such powers and perform such duties as may be prescribed by the Board of Directors or by the President. In the event of absence or disability of the President, the Vice Presidents shall succeed to the President's power and duties in the order of their rank as fixed by the Member or, if not ranked, the Vice President designated by the Member, shall perform all the duties Board of the President, and when so acting shall have such other powers and perform such other duties as from time to time may be prescribed for them respectively by the MemberDirectors.

Vice President. In the absence or disability of the PresidentPresident and the Chairman of the Governing Board, the Vice Presidents in order of their rank as fixed by the Member orGoverning Board, or if not ranked, the Vice President designated by the MemberGoverning Board, shall perform all the duties of the President, and when so acting shall have such other all the powers and perform be subject to all the restrictions upon the President. The Vice Presidents shall have such other duties as from time to time may be prescribed for them respectively them, respectively, by the MemberGoverning Board.

Vice President. In the absence or disability of the President, the Vice Presidents President or Vice Presidents, if any are elected pursuant to the provisions of Section 4.01, in order of their rank as fixed by the Member orManagers, or if not ranked, the Vice President designated by the MemberManagers, shall perform all the duties of the President, and when so acting shall have all the powers of, and be subject to all the restrictions upon, the President. The Vice Presidents shall have such other powers and perform such other duties as from time to time may be prescribed for them respectively by the MemberManagers or this Agreement.

Vice President. In The Vice President, if any, shall, in the absence or disability of the President, the Vice Presidents in order of their rank as fixed by the Member or, if not ranked, the Vice President designated by the Member, shall perform all the duties and exercise the powers of the President; and if there be more than one Vice President, their seniority in performing such duties and when so acting exercising such powers shall be determined by the Managing Board, or in default of such determination, by the order in which they were first elected or appointed. Each Vice President also shall have such other powers and perform such other duties as from time to time may be prescribed for them respectively assigned to such Vice President by the MemberManaging Board.

The Vice President shall have such other powers and perform such other duties as the trustees from time to time may be prescribed for them respectively by the Memberdesignate.

Vice President. The several Vice Presidents will perform such duties and have such powers as may from time to time be assigned to them by the President. In the absence or disability of the President, the President’s duties will be performed and powers may be exercised by such Vice President as will be designated by the President or, failing such designation, by the Vice Presidents in the order of their rank as fixed last election to that office; subject in any case to review and superseding action by the Member or, if not ranked, the Vice President designated by the Member, shall perform all the duties Board of the President, and when so acting shall have such other powers and perform such other duties as from time to time may be prescribed for them respectively by the MemberDirectors.

Vice President. In the absence or disability of the President, the Vice Presidents Presidents, if any, in order of their rank as fixed by the Member Board of Directors or, if not ranked, the a Vice President designated by the MemberBoard of Directors, shall perform all the duties of the President, and when so acting shall have all the powers of, and be subject to all the restrictions upon, the President. In The vice president (if there be one) shall, in the absence or disability of the Presidentpresident, perform the duties and exercise the powers of the president, whether the duties and powers are specified in this Agreement or otherwise. If the Company has more than one vice president, the Vice Presidents in order of their rank as fixed by the Member or, if not ranked, the Vice President one designated by the Member, Managers shall act in the event of the absence or disability of the president. Vice presidents shall perform all the duties of the President, and when so acting shall have such other powers and perform such any other duties and have any other authority as from time to time may be prescribed for them respectively delegated by the MemberManagers, the chief executive officer, or the president.

Vice President. In During the absence or disability of the Presidentpresident, the Vice Presidents vice presidents in the order of their rank as fixed seniority, unless otherwise determined by the Member or, if not ranked, the Vice President designated by the MemberBoard, shall perform all the duties and may exercise the powers of the President, and when so acting president. The vice presidents shall have such other powers and also perform such other duties and have such other authority and powers as the Board may from time to time may be prescribed for them respectively by the Memberprescribe.

Vice President. In The Vice President shall, in the absence or disability of the President, the Vice Presidents in order of their rank as fixed by the Member or, if not ranked, the Vice President designated by the Member, shall perform all the duties and exercise the powers of the President, and when so acting otherwise shall have such other only those powers and perform such other duties as from time to time may be expressly granted or prescribed for them respectively by the MemberBoard. The Board may designate more than one Vice President, in which case the Vice President shall be designated as to denote which is most senior in office. The Vice President shall be appointed by US BioEnergy.

Vice President. In The Vice President shall, in the absence or disability of the President, have the Vice Presidents in order of their rank as fixed by the Member or, if not ranked, the Vice President designated by the Member, shall powers and perform all the duties of the President. Vice President. In The Member may designate one or more Vice Presidents to perform the absence or disability duties and exercise the authority of the President during the President, the ’s absence. The Members may designate such titles as may be descriptive of their respective functions or indicative of their relative seniority.

In the absence or disability of all of the President, the Vice Presidents in order of their rank as fixed by the Member or, if not ranked, the Vice President designated by the Member, shall perform all the duties of the President, and when so acting shall have such other powers and perform such other duties as from time to time may be prescribed for them respectively by the Member.

The Vice Presidents shall have such other powers and perform such other duties as from time to time may be prescribed for them respectively by the Memberthem.

In the absence or disability of the President, the Vice Presidents in order of their rank as fixed by President shall have the Member or, if not ranked, the Vice President designated by the Member, shall authority to perform all of the duties of the President, President and when so acting shall have all the powers of, and be subject to all of the restrictions upon, the President. Vice Presidents shall have such other powers and perform such other duties as are prescribed from time to time may be prescribed for them respectively by the Memberin connection with their appointment.

Vice President.
