Common use of Vested Account Balance Clause in Contracts

Vested Account Balance. For purposes of this section 10.5, Vested Account Balance shall mean, (1) in the case of a Money Purchase Pension Plan or Target Benefit Pension Plan, the Participant's separate account balance attributable solely to accumulated deductible employee contributions within the meaning of Code section 72(o)(5)(B) and (2) in the case of a Profit Sharing Plan or 401(k) Plan, the Participant's Vested Account Balance as defined in section 10.1(h), excluding the portion of such Vested Account Balance which is attributable to Transferee Plan benefits described in section l0.5(b).
