Common use of Very Important Clause in Contracts

Very Important. You must make sure that no member of your household, including visitors, does any of the things mentioned in conditions ‘8a’ to ‘8h’ below. If they do, you will be responsible as if you had done any of them yourself. 8a Some of our properties are unsuitable for keeping dogs, so you must not keep a dog in these properties.
