Common use of Verizon OSS Information Clause in Contracts

Verizon OSS Information. Any information accessed by, or disclosed or provided to, GNAPs through or as a part of Verizon OSS Services. The term “Verizon OSS Information” includes, but is not limited to: (a) any Customer Information related to a Verizon Customer or a GNAPs Customer accessed by, or disclosed or provided to, GNAPs through or as a part of Verizon OSS Services; and, (b) any GNAPs Usage Information (as defined in Section 8.1.6 below) accessed by, or disclosed or provided to, GNAPs.

Verizon OSS Information. Any information accessed by, or disclosed or provided to, GNAPs GNAPS through or as a part of Verizon OSS Services. The term “Verizon OSS Information” includes, but is not limited to: (a) any Customer Information related to a Verizon Customer or a GNAPs GNAPS Customer accessed by, or disclosed or provided to, GNAPs GNAPS through or as a part of Verizon OSS Services; and, (b) any GNAPs GNAPS Usage Information (as defined in Section 8.1.6 below) accessed by, or disclosed or provided to, GNAPsGNAPS.

The term “Verizon OSS Information” includes, but is not limited to: (a) any Customer Information related to a Verizon Customer or a GNAPs Snappy Phone Customer accessed by, or disclosed or provided to, GNAPs Snappy Phone through or as a part of Verizon OSS Services; and, (b) any GNAPs Usage Information (as defined in Section 8.1.6 below) accessed by, or disclosed or provided to, GNAPs.,

The term “Verizon OSS Information” includes, but is not limited to: (a) any Customer Information related to a Verizon Customer or a GNAPs Selectel Customer accessed by, or disclosed or provided to, GNAPs Selectel through or as a part of Verizon OSS Services; and, (b) any GNAPs Selectel Usage Information (as defined in Section 8.1.6 belowof this Attachment) accessed by, or disclosed or provided to, GNAPsSelectel.

The term “Verizon OSS Information” includes, but is not limited to: (a) any Customer Information related to a Verizon Customer or a GNAPs PEG Customer accessed by, or disclosed or provided to, GNAPs PEG through or as a part of Verizon OSS Services; and, (b) any GNAPs PEG Usage Information (as defined in Section 8.1.6 belowof this Attachment) accessed by, or disclosed or provided to, GNAPsPEG.
